GoogleWe were viewing some of the properties with Blair, he is super friendly and helpful to show us around. Also by saving us some time he went down to a lot of details to understand what we want so he collected all the properties for us to view in one go. I totally didn't expect such good customer service like that from any agency at all but we received it from him. We finally purchased a property from else where but we thought if we ever to buy the property again then he will be our guy for sure :)

GoogleWhen I started looking into moving, I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady from the Foxtons North Finchley Branch, called Aisha Vander-Molen. She asked me all my requirements for the property I needed, then hit the ball out of the park by showing me properties that were better than I could have hoped for. Unfortunately, the move fell through, but if I need to view properties again, I will be sure to call upon Aisha Vander-Molen's kindness, professionalism and intuitivesness in providing me with what I need/want!!

GoogleGood luck to you if you’re rent a flat or house via Foxtons! They did absolutely nothing after successfully getting the tenancy agreement signed, not responsive at all whenever there is emergency maintenance issue in the property, we often ended up contacting landlord by ourselves. After we decided to end the tenancy, Lubna the letting negotiator started to arranging viewings, she opened my wardrobe without asking my consents when I was watching telly in our lounge. I complained about it to Foxtons but they just simply ignored my complaints. NEVER RENT OR BUY WITH FOXTONS to prevent getting headaches.

GoogleWe have just bought our first home through Foxtons North Finchley. After a bad exeperience with a seller that wasn't Foxtons fault the team of Ivan and Charlotte did everything they could to help us find the perfect home. They have been supportive and encouraging the whole way through. They understood what we were looking for and produced it when it was needed. Thank you so much for everything you have done. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

I can tell you that from start to finish I feel like he understood my preferences, taste, was always on hand to answer any questions, always responded quickly - Importantly, I felt like I was in a safe and trusted pair of hands. Dean doesn't just sell - he has a lot of integrity and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for his clients - it really was a pleasure to work with him :)

GoogleThis was my second experience with you, both were great, but this time it was really surprising for me, because with the limited time and difficult situation I had, Mrs. Lubana saved me from this situation in less than 5 days, she is very caring and helpful. Since I started with her, Lubana's sense of responsibility was admirable, I had the best viwing and he acted very professionally in all stages of the contract. I also thank the office manager who was with me Thank you guys for everything you have done for me.

GoogleI'd written a 5 star review during the signing process as my agent requested of me, however things have gone significantly downhilll since then. I'd never work with Foxtons again. They make it easy to get into a contract, including making falsehoods about the amenities at the property and about the repairs that will be made prior to move-in. Their property management seems to exist solely to obfuscate, delay, and distract from issues. Messages are half-read at best with the typical repeated reply "I've brought this to the landlord." They've even required me to make my own services appointments with providers that have long phone waiting queues. Do yourself a favor and ensure your property isn't managed by Foxtons, and save yourself many headaches

GoogleThe agency is really good while you are looking for a place. But the service worsens as soon as you sign in papers and move into your place. They won't help contacting the landlord for repairs or be the mediator between you and your landlord and take no action unless it regards the contract ( the legal part of it and renewals). But they will surely find a place quite quick for you....
