I had an excellent experience with Foxtons, solely based on the kind and professional service provided by their team member Adam. As someone with limited experience in London, Adam explained everything thoroughly and patiently, ensuring that I had all of the necessary information for my decisions. I have rented for several years in the UK and have not once had such an overwhelmingly positive interaction with an estate agent. Absolutely worst estate agent to deal with. We used them to rent our property and regretted it from start to finish. They are slimey, dishonest and try to get away with doing minimal work while fleecing you for max fees. The phrase you get what you pay for doesn't apply here. Read the contract carefully lots of surprise hidden clauses like they take over your utilities and will charge you things without asking you first. Money grabbing and lacking scruples. Bad experience as a landlord so imagine it must be lot worse as a tenant.

Ivan and Dean were excellent. Couldn't ask for more from an estate agent (from a seller's perspective). Went above and beyond all expectations to ensure a difficult sale went through in a timely fashion. Their professionalism and attention to detail were clearly evident in every aspect of the transaction. The two standout qualities of the pair was: - their proactive temperament during the conveyancing process - preventing any potential issues from escalating, chasing any/all parties during lulls, ensuring no aspect of the process was unnecessarily delayed. If they say something will be done from their side, it will be done. - Communication - phone calls would always be picked up, emails would always be answered. Throughout the process, I was consistently kept informed with regular updates, feedback, and detailed explanations of each step. This level of transparency was incredibly reassuring and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. You'd be in excellent hands with these two.
