Abrupt, abusive, condescending, difficult, indifferent. Impatient unwilling angry. I enquired about the possibility of buying a commercial property for the above average dimensions to convert into a home. More or less told me I can't do that. Only at the end of the call for some reason did he say that I would need to have the property's status changed to residential ?, albeit as an after thought or some sort of favour. This seemed to be the only criteria. I honestly do not know what the rest of the conversation was about you 'll need to ask Foxton's. Not really interested in transacting but has all the answers anyway. Perhaps selling property in excess if £500,000 is beneath his might despite the fact he'll be lucky if he scrapes £50,000 a year if he's lucky. I really hate it when employees talk down or against clients. Remember I'm the client you are the employee not the other way round. There is a good reason why ?. Your work it out as you have everything else. Good luck.
