We were recommended to Foxton's, in particularly Dean, who was nothing short of amazing! As first time buyers, he made us feel at ease and helped us understand the process step by step the and he understood what exactly we were looking for. Always went above and beyond to keep us informed and work around our day to day lives to ensure we can get on the property ladder. All of the knowledge is served to you with his incredible charm and energy! We can't thank Dean enough and would definitely recommend!

Foxtons has been by far the best agency I have used since moving to the UK. I feel lucky to have met Lubna who personally handled everything required in finding a flat to lease. Not only did she find me an amazing flat, she was communicative, passionate, and lovely all around!! My main concern was passing reference checks as an international student and she made me feel at ease the entire time. I couldn't recommend her more!! Truly a treat to have worked with Foxtons and have them as my letting agency. They have been very professional and kind to me!

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. A few days ago, I contacted them via email to arrange a viewing for a rental property. An agent named Jordan Boateng subsequently called me and asked a series of questions, including some personal details, and assured me that he would follow up. Unfortunately, I never received any further communication. I also sent a follow-up email, but did not receive a response.

My partner and I are so pleased and grateful to Foxtons and Emmanuel Okeke (sales negotiator). We had previous bad experiences with a different estate agent so we were nervous changing to Foxtons but we were soon made to feel confident with our sale, viewing of the property was very prompt and it was dealt with in a very professional manner. Emmanuel woks is very professional and friendly and we recommend Foxtons highly. Thank you Foxtons and especially Emmanuel.

I had the pleasure of using Foxtons as my estate agent for my first house purchase. I had a long sale process of around 7 months due to issues with solicitors, but Mercedes was extremely helpful and persistent. She had a professional attitude, assuaged any concerns, and answered all questions in a timely manner. There were moments where I thought the sale may fall through, but Mercedes stepped through to ensure open lines of communication between both parties. Suffice to say without Foxtons, I would not have been a homeowner any time soon!

Fantastic experience with Foxtons when renting our flat. Carmen was fantastic from beginning to end and was one of the only letting agents who actually took time to listen to our needs and faciliate them as best possible. It's tough to find someone whos not just looking for a quick sale, but is willing to find something that suits you, but Carmen was that person. Very quick to respond to any enquiries that we had and I cannot recommend her enough, even the more 'silly' questions.

Well it has been quite a journey selling for the first time! But we are delighted to have finally got to the end of it..and whilst there have been some ups and downs along the way, the team at Foxtons North Finchley did what they said they would, and sold our house. The process was longer and more frustrating than we expected it to be, but we were guided throughout and we appreciated the regular contact had. We know several agents were involved with viewings, and we are grateful to all. But we commend in particular Mercedes and Rory, who worked tirelessly with our sale for 6 months, through the many challenges faced, including through the financial changes in the UK in these past few months which affected the market sharply during this time. There were some optimistic valuations at the start, but you can’t fault them for continuously getting viewings through the door, their hard work and dedication to selling, their continued positivity and reassurance, their patience and professionalism. Mercedes has handled everything so calmly and professionally throughout, and she should be recognised by Foxtons for this. And Rory has been a trooper and a grafter. The online portal had its pros and cons-a good idea, but feedback detail on there is limited, and when the process is long, as ours was, more detail on viewing feedback would have made it more useful for us. Finally we cannot fault our solicitor Hayley at Charles Douglas London, and who is part of the Foxtons panel of solicitors-we feel extremely lucky to have been allocated to her-completely excellent. A happy buyer who loved our house was all we wanted, and what they found! So thank you to all, we got there in the end!!

When we bought our house (over 5 years ago), Foxtons were the vendor's agents and we were impressed that they were the ones on top of things and making sure everything kept moving. We started looking in to selling, so I got in touch with them again and we had the same super professional experience. Ivan spent a solid few hours with us at the valuation meeting and really explained his process which was super helpful. Communication from the whole team is just excellent. They follow up when they say they will and not a moment sooner so you don't feel harangued.

We chanced upon Foxtons as we were desperately looking for a property we can move in by November that was within our budget. And hold and behold we were sent Carmen Pollard, she is an amazing agent and we cannot fault her dedication in finding us our property. There is no such thing as a perfect property but with Carmen’s help we managed to get a property that works well for our needs. They give us all the information we need to know and even if we have stupid questions, she would undoubtedly answer us honestly. My husband needed a very specific clause in our tenancy agreement and Foxtons was one of the few estate agent that was wholeheartedly willing to accommodate us. We cannot be thankful enough.

A wonderful experience with the whole Foxton’s team! A special shout out to Lubna who has been very persistent and diligent in chasing and following up with landlords and offers and was very proactive in all of the searches. Was really taken care off! Had it not been for a better offer (and nearby to where I currently work too) I carried on with my Foxton’s offer. No other words but all praises to the team.

Just to let you know that Dean Ramey of Foxton's Estate Agency,North Finchley was a most helpful and considerate young man. He showed us many options and different properties and location. It gave us a clear sense of what type of properties were on offer and their pros and cons. Although we did not purchase our home through him were able to understand what our needs were to purchase a good home! If you are ever in need of finding a property in North London Dean is your man!
