We viewed properties with James from the Angel office and Mirvana from the crouch end office and they both showed us a number of lovely properties but we have to praise Jonathan Bikoko from Finchley for showing is the one we fell in love with. Jonathan was very professional and listened to exactly what we were asking for. Jonathan kept us informed of everything happening and made sure it was completely stress free. I cannot recommend Foxtons enough. Customer service was 5* at all the branches we had viewings with. Today we moved in to a beautiful new home and we have Jonathan to thank for that.

Lubna was extremely proactive and helpful. She made the flat-hunt fun and effective. For tenants, she couldn't do more to help find a place. For landlords, she couldn't do more to promote properties and get them rented to suitable tenants with minimum void periods. She was most helpful and gave excellent advice, most appreciated given the stressful nature of housing transactions. Most highly recommended.

Although I did not find the property for me at Foxton's. The customer service was I received from Foxton's and Jonothan inparticular was the best I received. Jonothan was free for anything I needed and nothing was too much for him. He personally drove me to each property I viewed and had the knowledge and information that was required. My only disappointment was that we didn't find the property for me, as I'd have been very happy to make an agreement with Foxton's. Keep it up Jonothan!

Haven't yet rented an apartment with Foxtons, but just got off the phone with Sam in Lettings, who by far is the most helpful estate agent I have been in contact with in weeks. He was patient, attentive, really empathetic to our situation and really came across like he cared about finding us something that suits us. Many estate agents just jump straight into the conversation about money, quite pushy and do not make the effort of trying to find other options that suit. I'm sure Sam has a great career in customer service ahead of him, and I hope he is recognised for his efforts towards customers.
