I'm very happy with the support from Amy Rhode and the team at Foxtons Islington. Amy was super accomodating from the start. As a first time buyer, she listened, provided great market advice and was patient enough to allow me to view the property multiple times (she even arranged for a colleague to show me the house again while on her holiday, responding quickly via whatsapp!). During the house purchasing process Amy and her manager Filipe remained really on top of each step, ensuring that communication from both sides continued to be as open and smooth as possible. Highly recommend their services and listening to their advice by using one of their panel conveyancers as well!

So far, I have used Foxtons Islington as a first time buyer up to the point of making a purchase offer. I'm docking a star for now, because the previous Sales Negotiator assigned to me (who has since left) was very difficult to get in touch with; however my file was handed to Steven Dinh and within a few days of gathering my requirements Steven set up a highly successful and very accommodating viewing. Steven is probably one of the most thoughtful agents we have come across, really trying to understand what we want and giving us very swift access to listings as and when they come onto the market. The result was we had an offer accepted the day after the viewing, for a highly desirable property. We could tell how much Steven and his colleagues genuinely wanted to help us secure this purchase, and hopefully avoid being gazumped, with how quickly they were able to help us process the paperwork. We asked a few lease-related questions at 10am in the morning and Steven helped us process everything despite working on the move (5 stars!), and an offer made and accepted by 3pm in the afternoon. Really impressed so far - and I will come back and update this review as the sale progresses. Update September 2022 - our sale completed! We were very lucky to have an extremely cooperative buyer, and both Steven and Filipe at this branch were incredibly helpful. We did send out 5 emails at one point with no replies but after chasing Steven and Filipe further we were able to get more prompt responses.

Just wanted to leave a review about Neil Marrinan, we originally met Neil when we were looking to purchase a property a couple of years ago and decided then and there when we would look to sell we would only put our house on the market through him. We have finally purchased our family home through Foxtons. As an agency they were very efficient , attentive and assisted the sale to the best of their capacity. I mainly dealt with Chris with the house viewings, he is quite honestly the most genuine and nicest estate agent I’ve ever met. He always replied to texts, call and emails promptly, was well informed about the property and more than happy to answer/find out the answers to any queries we had and to facilitate the sale as much as he could - a true asset to the company and industry. Stuart who I only dealt with over the phone helped with the price negotiations. He was always professional and I felt he had a good judgment, was fair and honest. Despite having preconceived ideas of the company, I would now happily recommend and use both the agents I dealt with during my purchase. Renting through Foxtons Islington. All went very well until we got the keys. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, but upon receiving the keys it became apparent that the lettings team didn't have good knowledge of the property they had shown us. We were told specific things during the viewing about the property that turned out to be incorrect and that has been a significant inconvenience to us. At no point have we received any apology from any of the staff we've been engaged with and at times the responses we've received have been somewhat blunt and borderline rude. On the whole, maintenance issues have been resolved relatively swiftly, though there were issues we'd expected would be fixed prior to us receiving the keys.
