Abel Rich was extremely helpful and efficient in my home search. He helped me secure a really wonderful home after the upsetting event of my home being flooded and my daughter and I needed new accommodation near to her school very quickly. Abel was really kind and sensitive - and more importantly fast, he made sure everything went really smoothly with the paper work and liasing with the land lady and all parties involved in an unusual situation. I was really happy to be in a wonderful new flat less than two weeks after the flood happened and i cant thank Abel enough for his wonderful hard work and brilliant customer service.

In currently live in Melbourne, Australia and Stuart Harris just helped me sell my home in Clerkenwell, London. The entire process was incredibly smooth from day one. Stuart and his team are a sophisticated bunch. We got the exact asking price from a really solid buyer. Stuart referred me to a conveyancing team, too, that was super brilliant and super simple to deal with. In a market that's a little nerve-racking we sorted all of this in a matter of months, without a hiccup. No joke. Track Stuart Harris down. Seriously. We used Foxtons Islington to purchase our 3 bed flat and it was a pleasure! Nyan looked after us, he was hugely helpful and friendly which was ideal for us as we were first time buyers and had no idea where to start. After viewing property with different agencies I can safely say Foxton was the one that made me feel optimistic about the whole process. Foxtons have a good number of properties right available. Nicola was great in only showing me flats that fit my search criteria and was very responsive. Downside with Foxtons is their agents operate in a very competitive environment, leading to 10+ agents contacting you after each request and agents are are pushy to the point one can feel rushed in making decisions.

Foxtons sold our one bed flat in Islington in early 2024 and we could not have been more happy with the service. They moved exceptionally quickly and at one point there were five different agents showing prospective buyers the house. We sold for £30k more than what we were expecting and I’m sure this was due to all the work of Foxtons staff. We had a very easy and quick experience working with Shanice-Chanel. I was available for one afternoon to secure a short term let and she was quick to provide options, additional details, answer questions via email, whatsapp and phone, and she provided paperwork guidance. NEVER use Foxtons. They have held over £1100 of our deposit for 2 months on issues that the property ALREADY had before we moved in and that they themselves reported! Useless and do not care about tenants, they only care about their rich landlords paying them an extortionate amount to do a half arsed job. Terrible experience. Adrienne Cleverly is not a property manager, she can't even check her own reports properly.
