Chris was a joy to work with in purchasing our first property. He was responsive and professional all through out. As first time buyers we had a lot to learn about the house buying process and he was super helpful in every point of the journey. He also recommended a great mortgage broker for us who got us the best rates. And when things got a bit tough and complicated, Chris was helpful in nudging everyone involved to get us thru the finish line. Thank you Chris and foxtons!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Although I didn't end up finding the exact property I was looking for through Foxtons, Maxine was always incredibly supportive, friendly and insightful. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who asked!

We have just finished completion on a house in East London with the help of Beni. From the start Beni was always extremely helpful, courteous and wllling to go the extra mile to ensure we got what we needed. There was a few hiccups along the way but they were sorted out quite quickly. Many thanks also to James who also helped us during the process. We would definitely use Foxtons again due to the service received from these gentlemen.

I could not be happier with the service from Esin at Foxtons Islington in letting my property. I chose Esin over competing estate agents as I believed she would not only get me the best result financially, but also the right tenant to suit my circumstances and wishes. She certainly delivered. The process has been extremely smooth and stress free. Foxtons arranged a huge number of viewings and I had no doubt they would secure an offer. The website portal also makes things really easy. Esin / Foxtons have been great with communication. I would not hesitate to recommend Esin at Foxtons Islington to friends and family, and if required will definitely ask for her help again in the future.

Rupali and Anna helped my partner and I find a great place in a tough rental market, all within a few days of us arriving in London. Rupali was very responsive and worked quickly to help us secure a place that met all our criteria. Most importantly they treated us as individuals throughout the process and were sympathetic to the fact that we'd just landed in the UK! I'd definitely recommend Rupali and Anna to others looking for a rental property.

We worked with Rupali from the Islington branch. We met with maybe 10-15 agents and by FAR Rupali was the best and most helpful. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us (Americans) learn everything we needed to know about renting in the UK and also made us feel more at home in the area with great recommendations. Rupali was so responsive and we really felt like she was invested in finding us the best place and also helping us to get the place we wanted. We will definitely be working with Rupali whenever we are in need or a let.

Adam was very prompt and knowledgable about the property. He knew the area and the amenities and access and had obviously done his homework. He knew the history of the property and it’s facilities so was well ready to answer any and all of our many questions. Any agent would be lucky to have him as a negotiator in my opinion!

Didn’t know where to start with the flat buying process but one of the agents Steven, helped massively. I came with my cousin who is looking to buy with her husband and Steven was very informative. We were worried about asking too many questions but he made us feel comfortable to do and now we have a few favourites. Thank you!

I have been dealing with Amy Rhode in my property search. I have found Amy to be extremely professional, helpful and empathetic. She has a very personable demeanour and has worked hard to meet our requirements. I found she listens and suggests solutions where appropriate. I have dealt with other agents who are pushy and unhelpful. Amy is a pleasant change to those brash individuals. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Amy in future

Really great agency. You’ll be lucky if you get Matteo!! He really listened to our requirements and found a few suitable properties. He drove us around to view each one and was very well informed on each location which was super helpful in our decision making. Definitely recommend!

I recently moved to the UK and just completed my tenancy agreement thanks to Chris and Kerl. I did the viewing with Chris and completed all the paperwork with Kerl's help too. They both have been very helpful with al my queries and solved by doubts/problems very quickly which has made all my moving process smooth and less stressful. Both are super professional and the communication with them has been easy and fast. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks so much!

Zohre was the best agent we have had so far, very open, honest and communicative. She captured our needs and requirements right from the beginning and was very good at filtering our options to facilitate the search of a property in London that can be quite exhausting. Great agent and will def recommend her to our friends.Thank you Zohre!!

I would like to thank Chris and his team to support me and my family, ensuring the sale of my flat during such a hard time in the UK. I met Chris in a particular circumstance (I was expecting my first child), and he supported me from the beginning, making sure I could receive the best service. Definitely 5 stars for the Angel team.

We had a fantastic experience viewing four flats with LudlowThompson yesterday. Matthew was particularly knowledgable about the properties and went above and beyond to stay later and show us an additional flat. We had a really positive viewing and left knowing exactly what the landlord was looking for and what we would need to do to place a competitive offer. Would happily recommend!

It was a pleasure working with Ingrid Martin in the search for a flat that suited my partner and my needs and taste. I really appreciated her attention to detail, she was sure to ask the right questions pertaining to our preferences on style and features in a property. She took extra care to show us properties that met our detailed specifications, and not just any old flat that sort of fit the bill. I felt like her desire to help us find a place that we would love was genuine. Ingrid is an upbeat, attentive, and enjoyable agent to work with at the islington branch!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We worked with Tim Watson and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened to our needs, helped us navigate a market that was new to us, and showed us some great flats. Although we ended up in a different part of town, Tim really stood out as a great agent and I would definitely recommend him to all my friends moving to Islington!

I had such a great experience with Matt from the Islington Office. He did an excellent job on showing me many places that fit my needs. I did not make it easy as I had a lot of requirements, but Matt found some great options. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and why, so that he could show me the best options possible. Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly, he was always quick to respond and answered my endless questions. I highly recommend working with him!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

My contact Ingrid Martin was exceptional in the service she provided. She was accommodating of my schedule, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. She made what could have been a stressful process quite pleasant. She made me feel supported and I felt like she was in my corner at every stage. A different agency wasn’t responsive but once I got in touch with Foxtons, everyone I interacted with showed passion, commitment and dedication to getting me the right place for me. I would highly recommend Foxtons.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The biggest thank you to Leon Murray for the stellar service! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! He went above and beyond his role - making sure all our questions/ queries were answered within hours of sending them, communicating and sharing information between ourselves, current tenants and the landlord and giving clear and concise guides on what to do and when in the process. He did this all with a good dollop of cheer and charm - which is always needed when diving into the stressful process of moving! We also had the added challenge of not being able to view the property in person before committing due to Covid - but Leon was unbelievably thorough and communicative in taking us through all the different elements of the property that this wasn't even a problem! Huge thank you again to Leon!
