Appalling lack of interest from Foxtons Islington in their customer. Do NOT give these people your business. They do NOT respond to emails. They do NOT respond to phone messages. They do NOT do what they agree to do. They do NOT demonstrate the slightest interest or even the slightest courtesy to their customer. I wouldn't publicly accuse Foxtons Islington of being dishonest or deceitful, but I would definitely accuse Foxtons Islington of being disingenuous. If your misfortune extends to any dealings with Foxtons Islington then ensure you communicate everything in writing, to more than one person. Good luck!

We had a very long protracted sales experience and despite meeting Ana Amez in the very beginning we did not choose her upfront. After mandating two agents unsuccessfully , in desperation we called her in to see what Foxtons could do. Her approach was professional, informed and enabling, greatly assisted by Beni Aminomicali. One of the best offices in Islington for sure - proper communications and personal approach. Had great experience with Beni Micali in particular who listened a lot and made an effort to be prompt and to the point, arranging things in a fast and professional manner even when on vacation! Having had such a negative experience of Estate Agents in the past, meeting Muhammad was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to show us as many different properties as possible, sticking to our requirements but also challenging us through his expertise to view things we wouldn't have perhaps considered. From the start, Matt Bird (Foxtons Islington) deeply considered how I would be living in a flat, from specific considerations around bike storage and carpet, as well as location. Matthew Bird at Foxtons Islington was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a new apartment to let. I was speaking to a lot of letting agents and he really stood apart from the crowd. He listened to what I wanted and only contacted me when he had something that was a viable option and actually ticked my boxes. He genuinely seemed interested in finding me an apartment that worked for me and was the right fit. I was often the first person to see something new to the market with him as he always had his ear to the ground. I have recommended him to all my friends and is the only letting agent I would use in the area again.

We are still sad that the property we bought was not listed by Foxtons so we could not buy it from Rupali. Rupali was wonderful: thoughtful, considerate, and perceptive about each property in relation to our needs. She figured out what we were really looking for almost before we did, and after the first afternoon only showed us very suitable things. We're from the U.S., where buyers have their own estate agent who is looking out for them. Rupali was the only agent we met, of around 10, who had that kind of service and interest. She's the only one with whom we'd consider listing property in the future. it was a great experience!
