We had a confirmed meeting but the agent never showed up. Her colleague, who was unpleasant to us, took us to a random flat that did not even match any of our criteria. She did not communicate what flats she will show us or where they are. After the first one we decided not to continue the viewings with her.

Was a tenant for one of their flats, and I have never EVER met people who were so unhelpful to their tenants. Completely only took the landlords side despite being given EVIDENCE that the deposit was to be returned in full. I will NEVER ever give foxtons my business again and will never recommend them to any friends/family. I understand their terrible reputation now for not caring for their tenants and unfortunately had to find out the hard way that it is true. Do not waste your money time or energy and it is a shame for you that you have lost a client due to your company's selfish monetary needs.

James Davidson of Isington N1 office recently provided me with excellent service throughout the sale and purchase of my first family house. His knowledge and expertise proved vital as what seemed like a straight forward sale/purchase became anything but. Valuer's/Solictors/Mortgage companies all found new ways to complicate my life. James was always there with a calm head to steer me in the right direction. What made his contribution even more commendable is the fact he made no financial gain from any of his input as my property was sold though a different Foxtons office. First rate service throughout. Having met James Davidson from Foxtons any concerns my wife and I had about our search for a house quickly disappeared. Throughout the process James was friendly, informative and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. With James' help and after much soul searching we were quickly realised Islington and the surrounding area was not going to be possible. James was respectful to this and still made himself available to us when we started searching properties outside of London. On finding our amazing property further afield James was happy for us to stay in touch and gave us further advice, helping us with our purchase - way over and above what we could of reasonably expected from him - thanks James! The service we received from James at Foxtons was fantastic and on the occasions we weren't able to get hold of him his colleague (Paul?) was at hand. Great guy and service - the complete opposite of what everyone expects an estate agent to be!
