Nicola has been super helpful during our search. Extremely unprofessional service from this letting agency, particularly Nicola. We were left in the dark throughout the letting process and had to constantly chase them for updates. They also failed to stick to the agreed move-in time, leaving us stranded with delivery services waiting to bring in our furniture. We were promised that issues like broken curtains, doors, and flooring would be fixed before we moved in, but just days before, we were told we'd have to deal with the landlord directly. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Not a great experience working with these guys, sell you the dream at the start and then proceed to be super unresponsive and just very underwhelming in terms of the service they provide. Basic requests get ignored or they say it will get picked up then doesn't get picked up. Foxton's brand is strong but staff I dealt with, not so much.

He would not only take time out of his schedule to drive us up for a viewing, but we would have secured our first flat. Abel is an efficient worker and I’m glad to have met him. We have just worked with Abel Ricch to secure our new home - the experience was great (and I was probably pleasantly surprised after experiences with other agents). Abel was extremely responsive and helpful from the viewing right through to securing the property following reference checks. He went out of his way to help us apply right away and submit our offer, worked with us throughout the days afterwards to get our application in order, and was very helpful making sure that the whole thing went smoothly with all our documents. We felt like we could email or call with anything that he needed, even if we just wanted an update or assurance, and he was very easy to work with. Ok so I’m not going to lie. Working with the lovely people at Foxtons to find a new for now home has been a break from previous experience which had truthfully left me a little jaded. My letting agent listened to my specs and nailed the properties I viewed. He rearranged his schedule to meet my needs, and with Esin and the team, walked me through a successful application and offer process.
