GoogleAwful service, been complaining of mould in the flat for 4 months with no action for this to be fixed, it's a huge health violation and they won't even let us leave the contract early to move somewhere clean to avoid illness, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

GoogleAwful, heartless estate agency. Had a terrible experience renting with them. Only showed interest in you when you could bring them money. As the tenancy was ending, estate agents harassed us with terrible attitudes, suggested multiple times if we could move out of the property sooner than the end of the lease, so they could have new tenants move in. Could not be worse.
