GoogleCarlos at Foxtons was great - really helpful throughout an unecessarily prolonged completion and he managed to help push it through, also very pleasant and friendly to deal with

GoogleHave been ridiculously slow with processing our tenant change. Have phoned multiple times and absolutely 0 progress has been made, except for making us resend documents we have sent already

GoogleGreat experience with Jon. Very friendly and kept me up to date with properties! Wasn't pushy pushy and felt like I was discussing housing options with a mate. Top service.

GoogleMain estate agent I dealt with was Bruna Dantes. Professional, diligent and clear in her communications. I had some external difficulties she helped me with to purchase me flat :)

GoogleVery quick to rent a property to you but no care once rented. Always stay on the owners side and offer no support to the tennant. Also I have been waiting for nearly a month for my deposit to be returned, promises of it being transferred but nothing happening. Terrible company and customer service

GoogleTook staff here three attempts to write a tenancy agreement with correct spelling (and gender) of my name. No, I'm not Mrs Alex Benet. Avoid at all costs, no idea what benefit landlords get from using Foxton's - they outsource everything back to the landlord then charge them for the service.

GoogleUseless and totally unprofessional. Eric cancelled on me twice last minute and then stood me up on the third time with no communication and no apology.

GoogleVery professional agency. Zamara and the other agents were all very supportive, caring and professional. I did not ended up renting an apartment with them, but definitely recommend their services. The best agency I have dealt with in London.

GoogleOur agent (Alex Reeves) was fantastic. She was very easy to get in contact with, the service was incredibly efficient and my foxtons made it very easy to track what we needed to provide and when. Highly recommended.

GoogleAs my wife puts it, these guys are killers! They are slightly more expensive than the competition, but they move quick and get offers when others cannot! Great Work

GoogleLovely people but poor offering of houses to rent. Despite clear instructions out of 3 properties visited with them 1 was way too expensive, 1 was available way too late.

GoogleExtremely dissapointed with the state of the flat we have taken up the tenancy of today. Very dissapointing and stressful for us.

GoogleThey overvalued my property by more than a million pounds and then failed to find a buyer. Dreadful service from start to finish.
