I had a great experience with Foxtons - my property was on the market for a while, but the sales team kept the viewings coming regularly. After I had an offer accepted, Kate was amazing at keeping thing progressing through the conveyancing process and made sure to help with any sticking points which I really appreciated! I was not expecting such a personal level of service from a high street estate agent and was very pleasantly surprised - thanks to Liz, Kate and the whole team!

Manon Scrivener is AMAZING! She got the brief right from the beginning! I've just moved over from Australia and Manon bless her did not have an easy task, when asked what I was looking for (I didn't make it easy as I didn't know), Manon took her time to get some options of various different apartments to show me so that she would really understand what I was looking for! after our second viewing she got it, and went through all the options across the FOXTONS network! after dealing with another agent who really didn't get it! Manon came through!! after a dash back to Australia and what seemed like an eternity, Manon came through with the most AMAZIG apartment, Manon explained everything about renting in the U.K (it's quite different to Australia) Manon made it super easy, and was so incredibly funny! and if you're also working on polishing up your French she's your girl! Thank you again for helping me land in the U.K in my first rental!

I had the pleasure of working with William Cooke who helped me through a nightmare sale. Not only did he secure me an above market rate offer, he had to go above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through, with the goalposts constantly being moved. As a seller, Will fought for me throughout. Regular and transparent lines of communication made a huge difference. The sale was close to breaking down multiple times, and without Will I would have not proceeded as I had completely lost faith in the buyers and wanted to pull out of the sale. The sale of my flat took almost a year and Will's guidance, patience and expertise is the reason why I have now sold my flat. I could not recommend Will and his team more highly.
