They say selling your property is one of the most stressful things you can do in your life, quite possibly the understatement of the friggin century when it came to dragging our sale kicking and screaming across the finish line. Unforeseen issues, leasehold problems and squabbling solicitors, Charlie Goodfellow was there in the trenches to help us through it all. Professional, personable and always contactable I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She stayed positive throughout even when my own niceties eroded away through sheer frustration. All I can say is thank you for staying the course in such an uncertain climate. Never change!

Not only was the mailing list actually useful for suggesting properties we were interested in (and were in budget), but Carlos Melendez was particularly amazing. He was honest about some of the properties we went to see and found us some great other options within our budget we had missed. He was also amazing at walking us through the process of buying our first house and was always quick to respond when we had questions or if something had been missed and needed a quick change! Could not recommend enough!

As soon as I put my property on the market the mortgage rates went up not once but twice, Matt at foxtons gave me great advice with my initial start of the sale and Markus brought my sale home. My partner and I have had an amazing experience with Jon Wallis. He has been a super agent in terms of his service. From driving all the way to hand us our offer forms, checking in, and really listening to our needs and trying his best to find us a property given our requirements. I have had the pleasure of working with Carlos Melendez, who made the process of buying a property a lot easier than it could have been with a less diligent agent. We experienced a lot of bumps in the road due to different third parties, however Carlos helped to keep everyone involved sharp and focused on getting the transaction over the line. Carlos is also a great communicator, very personable and very knowledgeable on the local market - I would highly recommend working with him. I would also like to mention his manager, Will, who handled the price negotiations very well and made himself available whenever needed. Overall, I would just like to say thanks to Carlos and the rest of the team!

Possibly the most incompetent estate agent office in the world. Took them eleven months to change a name on a tenancy contract resulting in our tenancy almost lapsing when we wanted to renew. When they finally sorted it out about a week before our contract was going to expire, they put up a "let arranged by Foxtons" sign outside the property as though the job they had done was anything to be proud of. Absolute jokers.

Complete fraudsters and scammers running this business. Got stuck in a 2 year contract by these guys.i ended up paying two mortgages- my own house and the property. Because foxton wanted commission.Spent a ridiculous amount of money on repairs which most Foxtons took. Was on the verge of suing them. Do it yourself that taking these fraudsters. Or if u have money be prepared to loose it to these property scammers. Know what you are getting into..U a landlord, runaway from them.

Being new to the London renting scene I had no idea how hard it was to successfully secure a flat in London ! There had been many times I had put in offers and heard nothing back and was left feeling disappointed. Daniela was the first real estate person who seemed like she genuinely wanted me to get the flat. She was friendly but still professional and also very helpful. After seeing the property she helped me fill out the paperwork and advised me the best way to make a offer. Her boss was also very professional in the follow up calls. Daniela was also helpful even after the flat was secured she answered all my questions as far as paperwork etc. I would definitely say she was the best real estate person I had dealt with and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent in the south London area, she’s the best !!
