GoogleI was very impressed with Foxtons and in particular William Cooke who looked after us from the start of our property search. He was very professional and understood what we were looking for. In the end he found us the perfect property and guided us through what can be quite a daunting process. We are now very happy in our new home and would definitely recommend this branch of Foxtons to anyone looking in the area.

GoogleI sold my flat through Foxtons this year and was really impressed with the service from Kate and Andrea. Not only were they friendly and supportive through difficuly circumstances, I'm confident that I acheived a better price through them than I would have using a competitive agent.

GoogleUnfortunately couldn’t give 0 stars, Unprofessional at all, avoid them! I’ve been 2 years in tenancy with that estate, never missing one payment even during the Covid-19 as was in furlough. Left me and flat mates without oven for almost 5 months, every email sent it they just ignored until my last day in. Afterwards they just ask moneys for some damage in the house and deep cleaning. Perfect right about the professional cleaning as may be not clean in professional, but what about be charged £40 for a windows handle?! Also nobody apologies too or make any discount due the oven issue. Great job Foxton, doesn’t matter which branch but I’ll never choose and advise again.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleVery happy with this office. We have just exchanged in a pandemic and Roberto was a big part of that. He managed some tricky situations with great assurance and was calm, professional, communicative and very personable throughout the whole process. Foxtons are expensive commission wise but I feel for sure that in our case Roberto was well worth that extra percent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIn looking for a house for me and 2 others to move in to even our most basic search criteria was completely ignored by every agent we spoke to. All the properties recommended to us were a complete rip off compared to others we saw with other agencies At one point we were even recommended to view a 2 bed despite the fact we were 3 friends moving in. Absolute basic stuff completely ignored by shrude and insensitive business machines. So much time wasted by them. Use a local agent instead.

GoogleTerrible estate agent. We rented a semi furnished 3 bed flat and when we moved in a bed was missing (meaning we were paying £2210 for a flat only 2 people could live in for at least 5 days), as well as numerous other things wrong. The roof had to be fixed because it leaked when it rained, it had to be repainted because the previous tenants had badly scuffed up the walls. I could go on. But what made the whole experience so awful is how much foxtons dragged their feet at every turn. They're so keen to get you in the property, then couldn't care less about you once you're in there. At every stage, they were at best unprofessional, at worst incompetent. If you miss a payment because they changed the reference number without telling you so it bounces (even though you have the money) you'll get a threatening email within the hour. If you ask for the window that doesn't close properly in your bedroom to be fixed, they won't get round to it in 2 years. Even when moving out, the agents coming to the door showing people round didn't have keys, didn't know which flat was ours in the building. They told the people who do the final check that I hadn't returned the keys (which I had done 2 days previous), and told the 3rd party renting agnecy (rent4sure) that I'd moved out a year before I actually did. This massively slowed the whole process of moving out and even jeapordised me being able to move into my new flat because my references sounded wrong. All in all the sheer lack of any competence of every person we were forced to deal with was excruciating. Do not use them if you can avoid it.
