GoogleIsabella from Foxtons showed me around a few properties yesterday and I couldn't recommend her enough. She was professional, very friendly and had so much knowledge about property rentals. I was looking for a first house to rent with my friends and she explained in depth the processes to go through and what to look out for. She was very proactive and came back to me and my friends with properties to view soon after we contacted her. Overall very happy with her service.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe worked with Foxtons Wimbledon to rent our house. It was a very positive experience. Having worked with another agency previously, who consistently managed to disappoint us, Foxtons were the complete opposite. They did exactly what they said they would. Rupert, who was our main point of contact, was precisely what we were looking for in someone to help us rent our home. He was efficient, low drama, with very clear and rapid communications (e.g., emails were typically answered within an hour). We found renting out a house is not an easy experience. With Rupert and Foxtons Wimbledon it was about as painless as it could be.

GoogleOne week later after being told they would release our deposit and still waiting. Called yesterday and was told it was in a queue but they would 'try' to release it. Still waiting. Can't get through on the phone. Guess my 2k is just sat gaining interest whilst they find every excuse not to release it? unprofessional and ignorant.

GoogleBe prepared to use the mydeposit scheme otherwise you will lose out on your deposit. Guaranteed they will do it to you. Ended up losing out on £100 instead of the £650 they claimed for. PS it's the agency you have to worry about not the landlord.

GoogleFoxtons have been amazing at helping both me and my friends to find a beautiful place to live just outside of London. The accommodation really is stunning and in a great location! Angelina from the Wimbledon office was so helpful at every stage of the process and couldn't recommend her enough! She was quick to reply to any queries we had and I'm so happy with the service we received from her.

He provided all information we asked for and was available for additional viewings. After our offer, he helped us (as come from away) understand the system and navigate through the process.
