GoogleFoxtons have been amazing throughout the whole process of the sale. They have been very quick to respond and follow through everything thoroughly. They delivered everything promised and we managed to complete faster than we had imagined despited trying other agencies for months Foxtons were able to sell on the first viewing.

GoogleSadly we waited at the property for 40 min but no one turned up we called the agency 3 times to try and get in contact with the agent but she wasn't answering them either. I just hope nothing serious happend to her because we didn't hear from anyone since.

GoogleI have been using Foxtons for a long time to find tenants for a couple of rental properties we had, and then to find buyers when we decided to sell them. They always manage to find really good tenants with minimal gaps between tenancies, and were able to secure good buyers as well. Particular shout outs to Matt, Andrea, Adrienne and Rupert. Thanks all.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing and buying with Lucy Darby at this particular branch of Foxtons, so let me write the first part of the review about our dealings. She is an exceptional professional at her job, when faced with a incredibly immature seller, Lucy managed to help us navigate the buying process with as much reduced hassle as possible...given the above stated difficulties. Had I been in her position and dealt the same card, I can say for sure I wouldn't have been so cool and calm given some of the situations. The reason I'm awarding 3 stars is because prior to us being allocated Lucy as our agent. Foxtons showed all the typical arrogance associated with their "reputation" where Tom and Tom (one of them is a manager, apparently) wouldn't take us seriously with our offer (which was accepted, as it wasn't far off asking) and really brushed us off in most instances which I'm sure most house buyers would find incredibly frustrating, offensive and most of all arrogant. Why? I'm not really sure, maybe because we are younger than their typical clientele in the area? Maybe because we didn't 'look' like buyers who could afford the area? Anyway whatever it was, with some persistent calling and chasing it was sorted and the rest is history as we got Lucy. Maybe this was a one off and hopefully we were an anomaly when it came to an initial mediocre service and attitude. It might be useful to remember that without the buyer, no agents in the area or industry would make any money, so even if you have an opinion or an internal judgement then keep it yourself and respect the client for what they are there for. After all, they help pay your wages/commision like any customer facing business.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of dealing with Lucy Lennox when looking to Let a flat for me and my girlfriend. She was extremely helpful and knoledgable of all the properties and gave me all the answers and information I needed. She was always ontop of the situation and gave me regular updates on the progress. I would highly recommend anyone looking to Let in the Merton area to contact Lucy. Well done to Foxtons and Lucy and thank you for all the help during this stressful time of finding a new home. Would definitally use her services again in the future should I need it.

GoogleMy overall experience was good. When we started looking they really helped a lot, asked a lot of questions to establish exactly what we are looking for and the suggested flats were all spot on. But as soon as we signed it took forever to get hold of our agent. He replied to our e-mails 2 days later and only after we had called the agency to see what's going on. It was a bit stressful since we had quite a few queries regarding the flat. Apart from the last bit, they were very helpful and we did get a great flat.

GoogleMy wife and I are very happy with the service provided by Chris Hooper of the Foxtons Wimbledon office. Chris first gave us a good rental valuation and then secured a tenancy close to the asking price, within ten days that the house had been on the market. The checking and referencing process was swift and the tenants took possession of the property one week after their initial offer. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Foxtons Wimbledon to local landlords.

However, with the step by step help, and friendly guidance I've received from Jack McGovern at Foxtons, this process has been far easier than I imagined. The professional knowledge and expertise shown by Jack has gone above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend him, and the company to anyone whether in the same boat as me or not.

GoogleI have been fortunate enough to have been working with Ben Sibbonds at the Wimbledon Hill office and have nothing but praise for his professionalism and courtesy and for just being so lovely to deal with! You know that an agent has really understood your mandate when they handpick properties to show you rather than bombard you with anything remotely resembling your requirements. As a first time buyer it's been a pleasure dealing with someone that offers unbiased and helpful advice at every stage.

GoogleHarry MacNaughton helped me to find our home in Wimbledon. Before we decided on the one we bought, Harry has shown us many flats all over town. He has the most pleasant demeanour and always happy to help and answer any questions we have. He was eager without being aggressive; and his follow up work was very good. He was also very quick in responding, even after we took possession of the flat. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience!!
