GoogleMy overall experience was good. When we started looking they really helped a lot, asked a lot of questions to establish exactly what we are looking for and the suggested flats were all spot on. But as soon as we signed it took forever to get hold of our agent. He replied to our e-mails 2 days later and only after we had called the agency to see what's going on. It was a bit stressful since we had quite a few queries regarding the flat. Apart from the last bit, they were very helpful and we did get a great flat.

GoogleRude, pushy, and useless. Didn't leave us alone when trying to renew our tennency but wouldn't deal with us when we tried to get our £2.5k deposit returned despite agreeing on deductions. Still not returned 3 weeks after leaving the property.

GoogleTravelled down to meet Omar at the office for our confirmed time only to find he wanted to move the viewing till later on. One missed call that morning, no voicemail, no text, no email. Lazy and poor customer service.

GoogleWhen we were looking for a new flat we were quite worried as we didn't have much time ahead of us however Andrew McGuinnes has been amazing. He really got what we were looking for and the same day we entered the agency we found our actual flat. He has been really available for us whenever we needed him. I will definitely go back to him for our next flat search!

GoogleWe had to look for a new apartment and by the first rental we had a great support from Jarryd Reay (Wimbledon office) so we turned to him again. His great easygoing, friendly attitude and customer focus approach helped us to find a nice apartment in a short time avoid unnecessary viewings. I could recommend him and Foxtons office in Wimbledon if you are looking for a rent in the area.
