GoogleI never had to deal with ruder, disrespectful, team. This agents literally are not listening to anything what people are saying to them. Thay don't understand 24h notice, thay don't understand that somone have private life. Foxtons agents will poison your life. We are tenants living in the property and the way how agents are treating us it's shocking. We receiving 100 messages and phone calls from them asking about viewings in 1,2 or 3 hours. Diffrent times in the same day. Mornings, evenings, afternoon. 10 diffrent agents. They don't understand people are working or just simply are out. Couple of times when we said NO to the viewings they were complaining to landlord strate away. Simply WOW

GoogleWe recently used Foxtons to find our home in Wimbledon. With the help of Andrew McGuinnes we found the perfect flat to rent. The whole process was easy and Andrew made sure we were updated and informed throughout! We would have never been able to find our flat if it wasn't for him so we are really grateful!! Great job! Spent a good amount of time reviewing what we were looking for and wouldn't waste our time just throwing opportunities which clearly wouldn't suit us. GoogleFoxtons have now found the last two tenants for my Southfields/Wimbledon BTL property and I couldnt be happier. Adrienne who's my account manager was lovely to deal with and always kept me updated, the website made it really easy to upload the required info and to keep up to date. Main thing was they managed to generate loads of viewings, the increased the tenancy fee year on year and generally over achieved on my target for the property. For a BTL landlord who is time poor like, I cant recommend Foxtons enough.

Googlei took a appointment Wimbledon brunch . His name is Zak Anwar dont work with him. He cancel two time appointment. He did not give any excuse. He wrote just he has to cancel. My appointment was 3pm . He cancelled 2 pm .What a prefessional company.

GoogleWe secured our first flat in the UK with them and they are real professionals at what they do. I'm sure this applies to the rest of the team but honestly I have to mention Leo specifically. He understood what we were looking for from the first day %100 and was a complete champ throughout the process. He didn't waste a single second of our time with flats that did not fit us, he stayed reachable at all times and honestly every single flat he showed us were easily among the best we've seen during our search. He was friendly and helped us with every little detail and every question we had and genuinely made a very stressful process a lot easier. Definitely recommended.

GoogleFoxtons in Wimbledon have scammed us for over 5000 pounds from a deposit we put down to rent a flat, which in the end didn’t work out due to their own faults and never paid us back. I have been fighting for this to be paid back for over 2 years now and they won’t admit their faults. I will now take this much further as it is now because Foxtons have mistreated us for way too long now!!!

GoogleThe agents tried really hard. And had taken us to many viewings in different price segments. Open nice flexible and helpful! We really liked coming to the office and then drive with the agents to the viewings. We would appreciate though having some information what are we going to see prior to the viewing!. Anna and Liz tried their best to negotiate with landlord for us they have done tremendous work trying to address our and landlord interests.

GoogleBuying a property with Foxtons Wimbledon was hassle-free. Kesha was very efficient on the viewings and then negotiated a good price with the vendor. She recommended a solicitor and surveyor, and kept in touch regularly. When it came to completion, Ryan pulled out all the stops to achieve exchange and completion in two days! They were always attentive, professional and accessible.
