Having just moved overseas from Australia, Angelina solved every problem she could for me, was incredibly reliable and went out of her way to show me all relevant properties and answer any questions since the London real estate system was foreign to me. I would recommend Foxtons, but I would especially recommend working with Angelina.

Just a shout out of appreciation to Liz Nowak, at the Wimbledon Branch. Liz has been our primary contact, to let our properties in Wimbledon for at least the last 12 years. She has been great, she gives appropriate advice and guidance on the rental market, on management issues, on tenant issues and has always been available to us as landlord's outside of Wimbledon.Thanks Liz, we recognize your efforts. Worst property managing by foxtons. Yesr long waiting and chasing to solve an issue. Opened up a maintenance issue a year ago and its still pending. Keeps the landlord blind for long. Lies and daying tactics , you are never able to get hold of them.

I've used the services of several estate agents over the years but nothing comes close to my experience of working with Stacey Blacker and her team at Foxtons Wimbledon. I put my flat on the market a few months ago and after an initial consultation with another colleague Stacey took charge of my sale. The advice and guidance she provided me on market conditions at the time were spot on. She was responsive, professional and diligent at all times. Diana, who works with Stacey got me a buyer with her very first viewing. From then on the remaining process was managed with speed and efficiency from Stacey, who always kept me in the loop regarding any queries I had. Bearing in mind that all this happened within the context of a global pandemic and unprecedented conditions - the work and effort put in by Stacey and her team has been nothing short of phenomenal. I'm very grateful.

First I took appointment at 01 February Thursday 6pm and they cancelled 3 hours before appointment time. They scheduled new meeting 03 February 3pm. Incredibly they cancelled again new appointment 45 min before and I was already arrive the location. I came from 1hr far away just for nothing.Sales advisor Zak Anwar from Wimbledon branch really disappointed me and I never gonna work with Foxtons again.

Would definitely recommend. I viewed properties using a couple of different branches and they were always organised and informative. Sofia helped me from first viewing to completion. Whilst I had issues trying to coordinate my own solicitors, Sofia was always on top of things and clear in her communication. We were lookng for a property in Wimbledon area and a few weeks into our search we got in touch with Edyta, It was such a pleasure having her show us around some properties, her lovely manner and friendly approach made us feel relaxed and in good hands especially as we are first time buyers and were a bit clueless on how to go about things. Our treatment by Wimbledon Foxtons Branch,and particularly Jarryd Reay, was absolutely brilliant. They respected the fact that I work in a hospital and can't accept calls during work hours and contacted me via email which was preferable. Jarryd took time to sort through the properties and we were only shown ones that fitted exactly to our requirements. I insist that all employees I came across during my experience with Foxtons have provided the best of the best, but I wanted to make a special mention to Rosie. Had a great experience with Emlyn from the Wimbledon office as I only had limited time due to flying back to NZ the next day. Emlyn managed to fit me in and quickly showed me 3 places, 2 of them were a perfect fit, while the other was more of a price comparison which was good to see. During the week back home I was was happy to receive a follow up call from Emlyn, however I was not not impressed that 3 other Foxtons representatives were contacting me also at 12am, 2am and 4am. In addition, due to the time difference, Emlyn was the only one that contacted me at a reasonable hour - obviously the message that we were in NZ didn't quite get to the other team members.
