I had contact with Martin from Foxtons Wimbledon, and he was simply amazing. Super reactive, he understood perfectly what I was looking for and suggested properties that met my criteria. He was quick to respond, arrange viewings, and follow up on any queries I had. Very professional, responsive, and understanding all at once. After having contacts with a bunch of agents that ended up being literally a waste of my time, I started growing kind of skeptical about what I could expect from an agent. I must say I was surprisingly overjoyed with Martin's assistance and have since shifted my opinion about the quality of service I can expect from an agent. Look no further and ask for Martin's contact at Foxtons Wimbledon if you're looking for first-class service and are perhaps in a rush to find the next property that will suit you. Thanks again Martin for your invaluable and professional assistance.

recently had the pleasure of working with Zak to rent a new place for my family, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, Zak was an absolute pro, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the process went smoothly. Not only is Zak incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, but they are also a fantastic communicator. They took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a home and then worked tirelessly to find properties that met my criteria. They were patient and understanding throughout the entire process, answering my many questions and providing invaluable guidance along the way. But what truly sets Zak apart is their dedication to their clients. They genuinely care about the people they work with and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure their satisfaction. Whether it was scheduling multiple showings in a single day or negotiating on my behalf, Zak always had my best interests at heart. Thanks to Zak, I was able to find the perfect home for me and my family. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is professional, knowledgeable, and truly incredible at what they do. Thank you, Zak, for everything!

I originally listed my flat in Colliers Wood with another local agent. They weren’t able to get the right buyers in to view it, so I approached Foxtons in Wimbledon needing help. It turned out to be the best possible move. Andrea and his team were amazing. The number of viewings shot up, and it didn’t take long for offers to come in. I accepted one after a bidding war, and the sales process started. Andrea guided me step by step through each stage, making me feel at ease, as this was the first property I had sold. Throughout the sale, I was anxious that the property was empty, and my rental income had ceased after my tenants moved out. I was quickly put intouch with the lettings team, where upon they filled the flat with some short term tenants, followed by some longer term ones (who had the option of staying in the property after the property changed hands). This regular income was invaluable throughout the sale process, plus it was fully managed by Foxtons, and turned out to be stress free. I can’t thank them enough, and I highly recommend using Foxtons in Wimbledon. I originally bought the flat from Foxtons many years ago, so it was fitting that they were able to sell it for me. Great work. Thanks again to you all.

I would like to say a special thank you to Natalie and Dean for their outstanding services that they provided to me. Natalie was an absolute pleasure to speak to and went above and beyond to ensure I managed to view properties on the day where it was exceptionally busy at Foxtons. In addition, I was taken around by Dean to see some properties of interest and I was more than adequately informed of the particulars of each of them. Dean was incredibly informative, warm and a delight to speak to and be shown around. I would highly recommend their exceptional services.

Imogen was so helpful in our first home search. She found and arranged viewings for 5 properties for me in the space of 30 mins. (I had popped in after work, and luckily she had had some cancellations). She answered all my queries and made me feel so comfortable (We are a first time buyers) She is professional and knowledgeable with an effervescent personality.

I had an outstanding experience with Foxtons, and I must give special recognition to Natalie. Throughout the entire real estate process, she demonstrated remarkable punctuality, kindness, and friendliness. The luxury of being driven around in a lovely mini car added to the overall experience. Natalie's extensive knowledge of property details and her patience in answering all my first-time buyer questions, no matter how "dumb" they seemed, truly set her apart. I highly recommend Foxtons, with Natalie as an exceptional asset to their team.

To say that Andrea Ferrari (Foxtons Sales team) and his team have far exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I cannot recommend them enough, for their hard work, focus, relentlessness and consultative approach in helping to sell my flat. We actually didn’t sell the flat (so why 5 stars??) but they generated 5 X more viewings than Bernard Marcus and got us an offer which unfortunately fell through. The reason for not selling the flat was out of their control but Andrea and his team have constantly kept in contact, provided valuable feedback and advised throughout the process. Thanks for your efforts guys. Really appreciated

My flatmate and I rented through Foxtons Wimbledon and found a lovely place to call home thanks to Omar El-Sebai, he made the whole experience simple and as enjoyable as possible. Having been looking for months we found a perfect place within one morning! Contact was great and we could reach help within minutes of any issue or confusion we had as new renters. All in all it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would recommend both foxtons Wimbledon and Omar to anyone. Emma and Catherine

I have been struggling to find a property to rent for the past 3 months despite tens of viewings and offers, but Zak completely turned this around with his unremarkable knowledge around the rental market and the properties he was in charge of. Not only was he was quick to respond to our enquiries, viewing requests, and offer status, he also gave us extremely helpful advice in regards to how to stay competitive in the market. In fact, he was so effective with his communication that he secured us an offer within the first 5 hours of reaching out to Foxtons Wimbledon. I cannot recommend Zak enough; if I could somehow break Google Reviews, I would give Zak 50 stars instead of 5. Thank you so much for your help Zak!

I would like to thank Liz Nowak and Foxtons for the great work they've done over the past few weeks. They've managed my buy-to-let property superbly and supplied a steady stream of clients to view my property. They are very professional in every aspect of their work and I recommend Foxtons as a first port of call for any prospective landlord in Wimbledon.

I recently sold my one bedroom flat through the Foxtons Wimbledon office. My experience was positive and Foxtons were professional in handling the viewings, the sales negotiation and finally the exchange/completion. My agent was Sofia Whiter who I highly recommend. I felt she was proactive and efficient, but not pushy. She supported both sides, despite changes to the buyers solicitors, enabling me to complete within just two days of my target completion date! Overall very professional service from Sofia and the team.

We were a small group of friends looking to move together and Gaya has been amazing. I have emailed a few agencies and she was the first to answer. Very professional and dynamic, she has been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences looking for a house through various agencies around London. She put huge efforts into making me view a lot of different options and was so understanding of our needs. Moving can be a very stressful experience but it was the polar opposite in this instance. We are very happy with Foxtons' services and obviously, can't thank Gaya enough!

Omar was incredible to work with! We felt so lucky to have him help us out as he truly made us feel that he wanted the best for us as his clients. He worked very hard to find us the perfect place and once we did, he worked even harder to ensure it was ours ! Although this was a stressful situation he made us feel at ease and took all the pressure off of us as we knew we were in his hands. Extremely impressed with him, his kindness and work ethic.

Owing to the saturated rental market, renting in London was becoming a stressful experience; however, Foxtons helped us secure a property. A special mention to both ‘Liz’ who made us feel welcome every time we entered the Wimbledon Branch and ‘Zak’ who went above and beyond to find us a property. He listened to all of our requirements and on the day of viewing was very proactive in helping us find an alternative property when we were not keen on the first. He has also continued to help us post signing of the tenancy agreement which is something we have not had before. Overall a great, stress free experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently rented through Foxtons and we’re very happy with the process - it was straightforward, hassle free and easy. A special mention to Gaya from the Wimbledon office who helped us find our new rental. She couldn’t have done more for us. She listened to all of our specifications, was very proactive in helping us move and showed us a great range of properties matching what we were looking for. She continued to help us even after we’d signed with the property which we really appreciated. Overall one of the best renting experiences I’ve had in London.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The lady who called me was trying to book me for an appointment to see a property without even sending photos or disclosing how many years of lease there were left (even though I asked for the information). Very rude and poor service. She hanged up on me while I asking questions. I confirm that what I heard about Foxtons reputation is true. Avoid at all costs!

We would highly recommend Matt at Wimbledon branch for first time buyers. Matt was able to answer all the questions we had and showed very high level of professionalism. Superb attitude, care and communication. Everything was done on time, we are mega happy with our new home! Matt made the process of purchasing very efficient, easy and stress free and all the people he has recommended for the process exceeded our expectations too.
