GoogleI've never had an agent not show up to an arranged viewing until now. Arranged through Mitchell and was supposed to be meeting a Jack. Avoid this foxtons if possible

GoogleWe wanted to rent a flat but prices in Foxtons are a joke. They showed us properties way above the maximum price we provided, saying that "you won't be able to find anything better in this price" "tha't actually great price and offer" etc. Well, just to let you know - we found a house way cheaper and way bigger than you offered. Have a lovely evening!

GoogleWe had an appointment for valuation of our property today at 12. Both my wife and I took day off to be present. About 1.5 hrs before appointment I’ve received text message (!) from Isaac saying he was not coming without apologizing nor even saying sorry. What a waste of day! After a quite few friends have told us about their horrible experiences with Foxtons today we have witnessed it first hand. Avoid at all costs. They simply don’t care!

GoogleOverall very happy. Brodie went through great lengths to assure a good sale of my flat at a great price. Both Brodie and Oliver were on call at all times throughout the duration of the sale. I would definitely sell through Foxtons Willesden Green again.

Without a doubt, we found Foxton's in the persons of Sophie and Chloe, to be the most helpful, proactive and efficient. In comparison other agents failed to attend appointments, failed to return calls, failed to send details promised.

GoogleFoxtons wanted 19% (Inc vat) for a fully managed property and 13% for none managed... They were very, very arrogant... Demanded my business. They were much higher in their fees than other agencies I was talking with. I asked them to be sensible in their fees and reduce them to get my business.. ... "We never negotiate.... Give us your business was the reply." Ludicrous. "No," was my answer....
