GoogleBel Green really went above and beyond to help my partner and I in our house search. He took the time to get to know us and answer all of our questions in detail, making us feel really at ease with the process. Truly everything you could want in an estate agent, from the snappy pin stripe suit to understanding exactly what we were after in a property. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe wanted to rent a flat but prices in Foxtons are a joke. They showed us properties way above the maximum price we provided, saying that "you won't be able to find anything better in this price" "tha't actually great price and offer" etc. Well, just to let you know - we found a house way cheaper and way bigger than you offered. Have a lovely evening!

GoogleI found Foxtons and their representative with whom I dealt with solely at the Willesden office to be polite; caring; devoted and followed my brief of the type of property I was after...and also imaginative with ideas...overall Foxtons made it all a pleasurable experience all round (and the same applies to their other regional offices in West Hampstead and North Finchley)

GoogleEven though we didn’t land up renting a flat with Foxton, I wanted to write a review about a kind agent called Ayman Moustafa who worked so hard to try and find a flat that fit us. He showed us multiple flats on different days and was in constant contact with us throughout. He was so kind and helpful and definitely deserves a promotion! If only all agents were as thoughtful!

GoogleIt was greet to work with Aidan at Foxtons really helpful and always available to find a suitable time slot for viewing. Properties are always well maintained and advices are always precise. They have a series of services such as mortgages advisors or solicitors- definitely a top firm in the trade. Definitely recommend

GoogleWhat a joke of a “property management company”. We dealt with their lack of professionalism for 6 month and that was enough. We were tenant and they will gladly tell you that full management of the flat, which means according to them that we won’t need to interact with the landlord (which was oversea) and that everything will be sorted smoothly. Obviously, it’s a lie, as they don’t take any decision without the landlord confirmation (easy when the landlord is oversea…). Then, we entered the flat which was in poor condition: not their fault apparently, the previous tenant didn’t let them access the flat and they couldn’t check the flat as an emergency cleaning was happening and the inventory as well. We had our boxes delivery planned, couldn’t enter the flat, but they keep the full rent and the full. It was the landlord responsibility apparently (the one oversea?). And we discovered at the same time, that when the agent said “every furniture you see is staying” while we visited the occupied flat included the content of the chest of drawers and the books on the shelves. She never mentioned they were the landlord’s goods. Finally, we were imposed to leave before midday but still had to pay the full rent (remember we paid for the full day loss at the beginning)… We raised the complaint through the process and dear Bruce Middleton forgot to let us know he was on annual leave, which means he will answer them only after his time off, and after we vacate the property, and eventually covered his team with more lies. I’m looking forward to reading the inventory report of the flat we left in better condition than when we entered… If you are looking for a caricature of a real estate (with all the trouble you can imagine), sign up with them. Good riddance

GoogleHomayun Yavari, made the difference for us. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, but what sets him apart in our view was his attention to how much the move meant for us and our family. He is a great human being, a superb professional and we would want to work with him anytime again. Foxtons was very helpful with all our requests, concerns and anticipated and filtered wich information we needed to make the right decision in our home search. Thank you once again to the Foxtons Team at Willesden Green and in particular to Homayun!

GoogleUnbelievable experience. They promise us a clean property but they gave us a flat totally infested by cockroaches, in a very bad conditions, unfit for human living. Even in the inventory check there is a pic with a cockroaches. They decline every responsability and when I said that based on the contract the property had to be perfectly clean (professional cleaning) and fit for live they answered me that I could let the flat in the same condition at the end of the contract.

GoogleNia (Abrishami) helped myself and my two friends look at multiple properties in the Willesden and Kilburn area. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond any other estate agent we encountered. She handled all our requests in professional manner, with personal touches like working around the clock, and taking an interest in our lives outside of the property search. We were wowed by her sales prowess as well as her positive and friendly attitude. We will be recommending her and Foxtons to our friends and colleagues, and will make sure to come back when our new lease is up!
