GoogleHi Aziz ( Willesden Green office) You are very committed to your work and you have put in a lot of effort in helping me to find the flat of my dream within my budget. Unfortunately i haven't found the flat yet but I will search again this winter which I think would be the best time for me to find the right flat. I will contact you again. To be honest, your customer service is excellent and I haven't found this type of customer service in any other Estate Agent.

GoogleMy dealings were with James Tarrant Robinson. This was an investment purchase, with certain requirements and a budget. The prospective property also had to be viable proposition. James had a full understanding of this, the current market and potential development costs. Therefore, no time wasting looking at unsuitable properties. It was a pleasure working with him.

GoogleEven though we didn’t land up renting a flat with Foxton, I wanted to write a review about a kind agent called Ayman Moustafa who worked so hard to try and find a flat that fit us. He showed us multiple flats on different days and was in constant contact with us throughout. He was so kind and helpful and definitely deserves a promotion! If only all agents were as thoughtful!

GoogleI contacted Willesden Green Foxtons Agency to arrange a view and negotiate the renting of a flat I found on Zoopla: they offered to me the best service I've experienced so far in London (I changed at least 3 different flats and 4 agencies so far). Homayun Yavari in particular was the agent taking care of my situation, and I should say he was extremely professional, honest, accurate and reliable. It's true that their initial fees may be slightly more expensive than other agencies in London, but there are no hidden costs and they offer a much better service.

GoogleEvery other Estate Agent could learn from Foxtons in Willesden Green. They are by far one of the best agents we've dealt with. We had problem after problem with others, and it took nearly 2 years for us to sell our flat till Foxtons stepped in and took command. We were even having problems with our solicitors, and Foxtons advised us on who to use instead. That solicitor in turn gave us advice on who to use for writing a will. We still use both of the other companies to this day. As soon as we started speaking with Brodie at Foxtons not only did our sale go through with ease, but we also tapped into a resource of professionals from all backgrounds that could help us in other ways. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without him. So if you’re looking for a professional Estate Agent that’s leagues above the rest? Foxtons in Willesden Green are the agents you’re looking for.

She helped us with what we needed, understood our (changing) needs and adapted to them; she is very commited, professional and bright. GoogleTerrible service, they rented us an apartment without chairs or tables, the apartment is infested with RATS and they don't want to take care of it, the apartment was disgusting to see when we entered and they didn't even deign to come and clean it, they left the debris from the construction work inside. Everyone passes the buck and none of the agents want to help. Mr. Dalhi, your employees are the best!

GoogleSad to have to write this but a worker named robert promised me he would email me over properties after a chat. Never did. I called up and got his details and emailed. Never replied. Im starting to think its got something to do with being on benefits. Disappointing.
