GoogleThe most unresponsive estate agents I have dealt with. Tried for over 2 weeks to view a rental property and no one has yet come back to me. Filled in the online appointment booking system, went face to face and even called. Kept getting told someone would get back to me but no one did. Not surprisingly, that property was listed with two other agents who were much better and responded instantly.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleAziz especially was charming and extremely helpful in both my lettings searches. His eagerness and willingness the first time round meant I went straight back to him for my second search. Any problems I had he escalated to Victoria who dealt with them sympathetically and effectively. Combined with their online check-in and current zero deposit scheme, Foxtons are worth the slightly higher than average (in my opinion) asking prices, which in fairness they were happy to negotiate for us.

GoogleExcellent service: My family was supported with a home search (buy) by Chloe Pinford and we highly recommend her. Nothing was too much to ask. She properly responded to calls and emails, made suggestions and followed tasks though.

GoogleTheir representatives are harassing the local community by littering with “to homeowner” letters out through the letterboxes. Second time now where we got a letter dropped and someone rang the doorbell. Both us and our downstairs neighbour went down to open the door to find no body but just the letter. Our neighbour is disabled and has a poster outside our front door communicating that. Yet, they always ring the bell.

GoogleFoxton managed to sell my house in Neasden. It took a long time but they got me a price I was happy with. Other agents were only keen in price reduction. Foxtons were very transparent throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.

GoogleDo stay away. Plenty of other professional, committed, principled estate agents to work with. Still waiting for a certain someone to make us “the number one priority to find a house” after her and her team screwed us over on an offer agreed. Many thanks for your ethics and prioritisation and please update your records to stop getting painful follow ups and calls after a soul-wrenching turn of events. At least get a fancy database from your commissions? You guys really, really suck and I have a lot of time to tell everyone I know our story. It’s not just another London housing market story, it’s the story of liars and cheats.

GoogleAnthony took over the sale halfway through the process due to the previous agent changing companies. Despite this he was very helpful and made the whole process very pleasant and straightforward. Anthony was always available to show me around the property several times during the process which proved to be very useful. Overall a great experience and I'd happily use Foxton's again.
