GoogleOur experience with Foxtons was amazing thanks to Robert Conway. He took time and effort to find us the property we wanted. We've had to speak to many estate agencies throughout the last couple of months and none of them were as dedicated to their job as Robert was. Definitely recommend him if you need to rent a property.

GoogleVery disappointed with the service provided, better yet, NOT provided by them. I’ve trying to contact them for more than a week trying to get a confirmation, if they received my emails and my calls, for a week in different times and you still don’t answer?! And if you know that I’m missing one of the criteria’s to be able to rent the flat, instead of disappearing, you could reply with a email saying that I don’t meet the criteria. Now I’ve lost weeks waiting for a reply instead of looking for a better agency!! Don’t waste your time with this agency. I’ve heard complaints before, idk why I still tried it.

GoogleBel Green at Foxtons Willesden Green was incredibly personable and professional in my recent flat search. He was refreshingly communicative and reliable, and I particularly appreciated his knowledgeability and honesty, without any of that dreaded slick estate agent patter(!). I would highly recommend him and Foxtons Willesden Green to anyone looking for a property in that area.

GoogleWere marketing a property for sale. They got keys cut to my property without me knowing and didn’t tell me. I asked that no one enter my property when I wasn’t there (I thought this wouldn’t be a problem because as far as I knew, they didn’t have keys). They then entered my property when they thought I wasn’t in with no warning. The agents justification to my guest that he walked in on getting dressed was ‘i thought you weren’t in’. When this agent later came round to apologise (this was the first time I had personally ever met him in person) he gestured to himself and asked me if there was ‘just something about him I didn’t like’ which would justify why I was so angry about this. He never stated what personal characteristic he was implying I disliked but I was literally left speechless. They do not read the notes on their own system or talk among themselves so I had to tell every individual sales agent that I spoke to the same thing over and over. Even though it was written on their own system. I can’t get over how unprofessional and criminal these agents are. No wonder government is threatening to regulate the estate agent industry. Foxtons actually seem to think harrassment and trespass/ breaking and entering laws don’t apply to them. Avoid this agency at all cost.

GoogleBel Green is an excellent agent. We throughly enjoyed our time with him and were delighted with a couple of random wild card suggestions he put forward and and showed to us. Highly entertaining super professional and extremely helpful; Bel was without a doubt our favoured agent however we found a property with another agency which totally captured our hearts!

GoogleWe’ve rented a flat from this branch alongside a landlord they were dealing with and after 5/6 months turns out the place was infested by mice! Yes you read that right, and they did absolutely nothing to fix this! Shameful and disgraceful, We’re in no position to legally sue this agency as their assets are higher than us therefore have a better access to skilful lawyers, but what we can do at least is to prevent you to run in this absolute nightmare of an agency. DISGUSTING!

Working with Foxtons - and in particular with Daniela (Dana) B. - to find a flat was a wonderfully smooth and efficient experience, as although we started looking around the holiday season, we were still able to settle on a flat within 1 months time. I'd like to give special mention to our agent mentioned above, who went above and beyond her expected responsibilities to help us find and secure our current flat.
