We lived in our flat for 3 years & the last year we had Cindy as our property manager. She always responded to our queries very quickly, was always very pleasant and helpful. Any repairs that were needed were responded to very quickly. Overall we had a great experience with this company as our landlords.

A really positive experience with this letting agency. We felt in safe hands with the whole tenancy process. I have been trying to contact Folio for a month now for help with a problem re Bakersfield estate, and all i get is an answering machine and no reply to my emails from either Sharon or hello folio this is highly unsatisfactory. However i notice that someone is actually answering on here!

I lived in Halo for 5 years, overall, it was a good experience. The view from the building is amazing. I do believe that the management of the building could improve a bit with more control on who is entering and leaving the building but overall I had a nice memories there

I have renewed my tenancy with Folio a few times now, really happy with the property and have never had an issue with my agent Cindy Anderson. Cindy has always responded to any email I have sent her and has always been lovely during my correspondence with her. I had made a mistake with payment previously but the finance team were very understanding and helpful in allowing me to rectify it.
