My partner and I just found our new house via Folio London. Nathan have been amazing by reserving the flat for us and make himself free for us to visit. Time to answer our request was very fast and we manage to have the flat within 3 weeks. I highly recommend Folio

When I first moved I was impressed how clean and presentable the property was. Experienced good communication, It was a pity I had to end my tenancy in the 10th month due to family circumstances otherwise I would of happily extend the term of contract as I was happy in my home. Just finished up a tenancy with a Folio property, and can say that they're easily the best estate agent I've used. Agata as a property manager was great at sorting any problems out, and Charlie the lettings manager also was really easy to deal with at the beginning phase of finding a property. Would for sure go with them again and recommend :)

I recently moved in to a Folio rental with my partner having previously lived in a home managed by a private landlord.Great service from viewing the flat until we moved in. Any queries have and continue to be dealt with in a speedy and professional manner.I don't think I'll ever consider returning to the traditional and conventional way of renting again.

Folio was highly professional in their handling of the love in process, which is only to be compared with how the viewing, referencing and agreement-signing processes were conducted. Wesley Greaves, who managed the process, was always happy to answer my questions as quickly as possible, and was fully supportive. It was my best moving experience.

I called this agency and asked them to arrange a viewing. I was told that the agent would call me back, I waited a week and no one called me. Then I called again and they told me again that the agent would call me and of course no one called me.
