I would never recommend renting with this company. We have just left the apartment we recently rented after 4 years (we have live in 3 apartments all in the same block of flats at Porters Edge).We have experienced no hot water for DAYS (with a newborn baby), constantly broken lifts, lived with serious mould whilst pregnant & had our deposit lost & unprotected during this time (took months for them to find it & even then they paid the wrong amount back). We also had mice running through our flat, I had a 2 week old baby at the time. Every timeI brought up a concern it was never seen as a priority and took months to fix. We have seen 5 property managers come & go - this clearly isn’t a 1 person job as the service we have received in the past has been so incredibly poor & the position obviously needs reassessing. The only positive to living here was the amazing concierge team who were so helpful & friendly. They would go above & beyond to help you at any opportunity unlike other members of staff!
