Excellent process when viewing and signing up for properties but after money is taken they become very quiet.Housing managers don't usually respond unless they need something from you and when moving out don't expect to have a easy route when getting back deposits and handover and process.Be very careful dealing with them when leaving property

We have lived in our house for over 14 years and we are very happy with how any issues have been dealt with. All the safety checks are kept up to date and maintenance on the property is always dealt with. Lerayne will always respond to emails and do her best to get things fixed ASAP, she is very approachable and professional.

I've been with Folio London since early 2017 and was looking for an upgrade from studio to 1-bed flat within the same postcode. Regan picked up my case with friendly and passionate service, helped me get a very nice flat within 2 weeks and been superb throughout the whole process.
