I’ve been renting through Folio London for over 7 years now and the experience was and still is incredible. My property manager, Lerayne is amazing. All requests and wear and tear issues along the years have been solved instantaneously (most of them in the same day)

Charlie helped me with everything from viewings to the application process and the move and everything in between. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and eager to answer any questions that came up. He even helped me secure the exact flat I wanted taking an early deposit and not showing it at later viewings. Overall a great experience.

I had just moved in and the heating system is broken. I was neither intimated about it nor checked before by Folio and details of property and utilities were sent one day after our move in date and after raising concern on the maintenance.

Awful people. Evicting me and my elderly sick disabled father, purely because he has become housebound. They are using this as an excuse as we have been tenants for seven years and they can only put our rent up annually with the price of inflation. The way in which they have dealt with this has been a disgrace.
As explained on numerous occasions, we take our responsibility towards the safety of our residents seriously and need to ensure everyone is able to evacuate in the event of a serious incident.If we are not given the necessary information to complete a full risk assessment, we are left with no option but to serve notice.Serving notice to bring a tenancy to an end is always an action of last resort and one we want to avoid. We look forward to you getting in touch with us, as requested on multiple occasions, so we can complete your risk assessment and avoid further action being taken.Thanks, Folio Marketing Team

0/10 to Amy from Folio Completely disappointed by the behaviour of Amy. She provided wrong information about references. Extra poor communication and overall awful experience. Also she blocks clients on WhatsApp without even apologising. Literally awful agent and agency.

I highly recommended Folio London as our landlord. All issues and concerns has been dealt with and sorted quickly. Excellent communication and we tenants are well informed. Massive THANK YOU to our property manager Aimee Wales who is very efficient and very helpful. Also we appreciated how Aimee calling every tenant how we doing during this pandemic time. Sadly we have to leave Folio as we need bigger property. Overall very good experience!!!

Regan, our lettings agent, is simply the best! He provided us with all the information that we needed throughout the whole process. Until I called Folio, I felt that every agent was just not listening to what I was saying, where Regan, was 100% present and listening to every detail that I presented to him. Excellent service!
