Lived there for a little over 3 years. Great place to live, modern, well located, and we had a great view from our floor. The concierge and management team are also very good and helpful.

GoogleI have rented with Folio in one of their Harrow properties and lived there for almost 2 years. The property as such is nice, secure and spacious. The property management team (Cindy), Rori, Finance team and the others are professional and very helpful.

We just rented an amazing flat in Chelmsford with Folio. We were assisted by Karolina, who’s been amazing and very responsive. She answered all our questions and went the extra mile to ensure we had a stress-free referencing process. I would recommend Folio and Karolina!
