GoogleThe managers are extremely helpful and reply within 24h usually. If something needs to be fixed they are sending contractors very fast and often go an extra mile to help tenants. Very happy with the service both on professional and on a personal level.

I've been renting from Folio London for a few years now. My property manager, Lerayne, is always helpful and courteous. They took the time to check in with me during lockdown, which was really appreciated. And they've always been very helpful and approachable. As landlord experiences go, it's the best I've had as they actually care about their tenants.

folio! where do i start probably the worst landlords i have ever had or had to deal with i live in Waldegrave point in nw10 over 25 people within the building have had huge problems with them which has resulted in court cases etc i do not have enough space to write all the problems i have had with them

I have been a Folio tenant for years. My issues are resolved quickly through my housing officer Lorraine who has managed the area quite well unlike previous officers who didn't last long.

GoogleThe worst I've ever experienced with a landlord, they made our lives a living hell for a whole year. They refused to repair our hot water issues and their customer service is unbelievable. Avoid Folio!! I wish I could leave 0 stars.
