GoogleI have been renting with Folio since 2014 and we could not recommend them enough! The company are very respectful to their tenants, the prices for the flats are very reasonable and there has yet to be an issue that has been left unsolved; considering the horror stories you hear of renting in London, Folio is truly a gem in the rough and we’re glad it’s who we’re renting with. We’ve had a number of property managers over the course of our tenancy, a particular shout-out to the current manager Daniel Novitt whose professionalism is impeccable and who deals with matters instantly! We have recommended renting with Folio to a number of friends and family and we would recommend them to anyone looking for professional, honest and high-quality service to go alongside their rented space.

GoogleAfter having previously rented with a few smaller private landlords, we didn't know what to expect when we began renting with a much larger landlord, Folio London, however we have been pleasantly surprised! We have been renting with them for two years and whenever we have had any issues that have needed resolving, our manager has organised a solution extremely quickly and efficiently. Folio have always made very clear to us their availability and all of their communication channels as well as their emergency number, and our manager is also highly responsive by phone and email. Whenever we have had any issues (which is rarely) they are resolved immeninetly. When we moved in the process was simple, well-organised and protected us from any problems that we may encounter down the line. Our flat was exactly as we expected and although there have been some changes to the property, they have all been for the better. Overall, we have had a good experience with Folio and look forward to continue renting with them.

I moved into the complex earlier this year, few problems were expected as it is a new built. However, the team has been great in resolving the issues. The property manager Cindy has always been approachable and helpful since the beginning. I just renewed my tenancy for another year and I must say Cindy's assistance made the whole process a lot more easier.
