Our property manger (Daniel Novitt) made our time renting from Folio a real joy, ensuring all issues were dealt with quickly, fairly and to a highly satisfactory level. The worse agency I have ever rented flat from. Very slow response for calls and emails (sometimes took 2-3 weeks for simple electrical repairs or washing machine repair). Bad customer service. We have never received back our deposit back. No response for emails, calls. No way to contact

Constantly poor communication with tenants. Never replying to messages left. Never doing what they said they would do. Often sending payment demands with no reference as to what it is for. Repeatedly chasing for monies no longer due. I suspect very poor record keeping which is a real concern.

I had such an easy experience with Folio. Charlie, the estate agent who helped me, was extremely helpful and diligent, and was more than happy to answer any queries I had. He was able to put a good word for me with my application and was on call throughout the entire referencing process. I was really nervous about renting my first property, but it sailed through like a breeze.

Carppiest place to live. My relative came to visit me for 45 minutes. They parked the car outside the disable bay with the blue badge and yet they got a fine. What F going on here. Even disable in disable bay cannot park.

We have been moved in for almost a month now, and everyone has been great.Raidah helped us from applying to the move in date. GoogleThe most fantastic company and landlord - our property manager was Lerayne Nisbett, who is absolutely fantastic and was always available when we needed her - nothing was ever a problem. We’re gutted we had to move out (we moved abroad - we’d have stayed otherwise!) can’t recommend enough!!

GoogleI think they are only here to take our holding deposit rather than arranging an agreement. They won't response back properly on our queries. They only depending on the goodlord feedback (it is a worst thing) on reference check and simply cancelling our tenancy application and taking our holding deposit amount. They have a good idea to make money simply.

Cancelled a property viewing 2 hours before viewing... I already travelled to the area in preparation and took a day off for it. Really annoyed since they require 24 hours notice to book things yet expect customers to just be okay 2 hours before.

We recently moved into the development Opal Court by Folio. Super great move in experience and after sales support by Raidah & Amiee. Overall the flats and the development itself are really good. Sometimes the cladding work can be noisy if they are working near the flat but other than that we are very satisfied.
