I called this agency and asked them to arrange a viewing. I was told that the agent would call me back, I waited a week and no one called me. Then I called again and they told me again that the agent would call me and of course no one called me.

Just been in flat for 3 days but I would say avoid their Chelmsford development. They use special heating/hot water provider Vital Energi which has monopolistic position and been absolutely useless. No heating or hot water for 3 days. Prepayment meter only, putting lots of money and nothing appearing on the meter. Been suggesting to do some weird stuff.
