I had a great experience with Agata as my property manager. Although I didn't have to interact with her frequently during my two-year stay, the five to six times that I did, she was always effective in addressing any concerns that I had.

GoogleTerrible management, terrible communication pathways for the renters, heating issues take long to be resolved amidst the winter leaving more than 200 flats without heating and hot water at several occasions while charging extremely high rates for suboptimal services. Contractors are always super annoying, calling you while at work to change arranged appointments and to confirm appointments more than 3 times.

Just finished up a tenancy with a Folio property, and can say that they're easily the best estate agent I've used. Agata as a property manager was great at sorting any problems out, and Charlie the lettings manager also was really easy to deal with at the beginning phase of finding a property. Would for sure go with them again and recommend :)

I recently moved in to a Folio rental with my partner having previously lived in a home managed by a private landlord.Great service from viewing the flat until we moved in. Any queries have and continue to be dealt with in a speedy and professional manner.I don't think I'll ever consider returning to the traditional and conventional way of renting again.
