GoogleAlthough we are yet to move in, I will say that the whole process of viewing the property, the conservations that followed and the admin which was required from both sides to secure the property was very smooth. Nabil, the agent we were dealing with, was very helpful, allowed us to contact him at any time and was prompt with his replies also.

I was really happy with my very first experience renting with Folio London. Right from when i spotted the apartment on Right move in the midst of other options I had committed to, Raidah, the agent I worked with at Folio to rent the apartment was very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. She made the process really seamless, and it made it easy to trust her recommendations and directions in going along with Folio to rent an apartment. Up to my move in, the process was indeed seamless working directly with Raidah.

GoogleNot lived her long but for my first experience of renting I love it. My flat is stunning and they're so quick to help! Had a few issues when moving in at first but one phone call to the admin team and things were fixed within the week! Also ... Loving the parrots and my Buffy the vampire slayer like view from my living room haha

Renting through folio London was an amazing experience to me. Folio London made my renting process become very easy, straight forward and simple to accomplish the whole process of renting. My state agent Mr Nabil answered all my queries fast and in a very professional way. He’s very polite and is always there to help when never I needed him. I have no doubt in my mind, when never I will need to rent again, I will look for folio London and Mr Nabil to take care of my needs.

Nabil, the lettings agent, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super friendly, patient and very prompt with his responses. He made the whole process a lot less stressful, making the experience more enjoyable than usual. He was always available to answer our questions and went out of his way to meet with us locally when we couldn't complete part of the process online. I would never recommend renting with this company. We have just left the apartment we recently rented after 4 years (we have live in 3 apartments all in the same block of flats at Porters Edge).We have experienced no hot water for DAYS (with a newborn baby), constantly broken lifts, lived with serious mould whilst pregnant & had our deposit lost & unprotected during this time (took months for them to find it & even then they paid the wrong amount back). We also had mice running through our flat, I had a 2 week old baby at the time. Every timeI brought up a concern it was never seen as a priority and took months to fix. We have seen 5 property managers come & go - this clearly isn’t a 1 person job as the service we have received in the past has been so incredibly poor & the position obviously needs reassessing. The only positive to living here was the amazing concierge team who were so helpful & friendly. They would go above & beyond to help you at any opportunity unlike other members of staff!
