Its not up to the quality and standard It should be,heating doesn’t work the first day we moved in the pipe was leaking the tiles is coming out rubbish service no body answer the phone I paid in advance more then £10k I don’t expect this service we me and my family have fallen ill because how cold the flat is Not recommended
