Was living in peto apartment the shittest ESTATE agents ever! Poor communication dont answer the phone dont respond to emails all of them a bunch of nob heads please avoid they do not give your deposit back hope they go out of bussiness!

I wouldn’t recommend renting with folio. Very poor materials inside the flats (people getting locked in their own bathrooms, balcony doors shattering etc), extremely slow response rates (was without hot water for almost 3 months) and they do not take care of their tenants.

FacebookThey were very good when they were the landlord but as soon as you leave them they take large amounts from your deposit for the most minor things. And they lie. Be very careful when renting with them. I wouldn't recommend them.

I had a positive experience with my renting agency especially Mr.Hussain.They were prompt in addressing issues, transparent about terms, and maintained clear communication throughout the lease. The property was well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were promptly handled. Overall, a hassle-free and enjoyable renting experience.

GoogleFolio London has turned empty apartments in their buildings that they couldn't rent out into dorm rooms for students on exchange programs and serviced apartments for travelers. Students are noisy with their partying and travelers are constantly in and out of the buildings.

GoogleThe managers are extremely helpful and reply within 24h usually. If something needs to be fixed they are sending contractors very fast and often go an extra mile to help tenants. Very happy with the service both on professional and on a personal level.
