1 star cause couldn't be less, I been a tenant for over 1 year and it was a very bad experience. Is impossible to contact the property manager by phone and any email gets automatic replies saying to contact someone else, if you have any problem it get months to fix it and at the end of the tenancy they kept part of the deposit over charging silly things. I strongly recommend not to work with this agency. Thanks goodness my contract is end and is finish this nightmare.

Made an offer on a property as well as put down a reservation deposit. Folio submitted 2 applications for the same address and gave the property to someone else. Broke my girlfriends heart and caused a massive headache. Filed a complaint which no one has responded to and have been waiting over 3 weeks to recieve my deposit back. Left my details with 3 different people. No calls, no reply.. Awful customer experience.

I’ve lived in the Halo Stratford for ten years now, and I just wanted to mention the great service we’ve received from Folio/Noting Hill Genesis. The amazing team at Folio have always fixed any issues on the of request, and have fixed or changed appliances speedily. Folio have also changed and updated furnishings on request. On top of all this, the customer service and daily updates we receive form management (Mark Hanley) is excellent and frequent. The outstanding, and friendly service we receive from our hard working concierge team, really makes you feel comfortable, safe, and at home. Also the cleaning/maintenance staff are always working around the clock to keep the building and grounds running, clean, and safe. So for someone who lives life as a renter, the very reasonable rent here, undercuts most places in the area. I would highly recommend Folio to anyone looking accommodation.

Lived in Oaklands Rise for 8months. What a bad experience. Water outrages all the time, flat was very dirty when handed over, even tho it was new, support takes ages to answer our questions and charged us part of the deposit for cleaning costs even though it was left clean.Bad transport connection, streets are always under construction because of HS2
