Myself and my flatmate had a very positive experience with Folio.Our point of contact during the process Wesley Greaves. Not only did he find the right property to meet our needs, but he helped us secure that property at a price which worked within our budget. Throughout the referencing process he made himself available at all hours, and conducted himself both promptly and professionally. The result was that signing the lease for our new place was as smooth and obstacle-free a process as it could have been.I would 100% work with Wes again and recommend him to anyone searching for their next home.

Googlesaw a property online via their webiste and have sent query twice via their online contact form requesting more information on the property and availability etc to discuss my options still no response, same thing happened two months ago lack of contact meant the next time i had looked at the property it was already let, even though im sure i immediately sent email contact for more info AS SOON AS PROPERTY WAS NEWLY LISTED ... Do you guys ever check your emails??

GoogleMaking simplicity out of complexity, that's Folio London, from the initial viewing, to tenant referencing and moving in, its been seamless. Thanks to the agent who helped us and nothing was too much trouble. As for the apartment well, double walk in shower, brand new and stylish living areas and bosch appliances, Folio London are up with the best of the best in the world, we know all those companies as house hold names, only the best become that and Folio London are now added to that list of companies that do it all the right way. GoogleFolio London has been a fantastic exception from many agents out there. I feel like finding a new home is such an important decision and yet most agents won't allow 20 minutes for you to see the properties nor answer half the questions you might have. I had the pleasure of being looked after by two excellent Property Managers Ruth and Ciara. Their service was extremely professional and efficient. Ruth took her time showing me the property and answering all my questions. Ciara answered my emails promptly making the application process smooth and fast. I felt confident and happy with my decision of renting from them. All the paperwork is done online in a very clear and straightforward way so you don't feel overwhelmed by the process. Quick and painless. Their properties are well kept and all requests dealt with in a timely manner. I highly recommend Folio London. I don't often give 5 star reviews but in this case anything less would be unfair.

GoogleI have rented a flat @ Acanthus Drive in Bermondsey from 2017 until to 2023 and shared it with my family. We have passed beautiful years within this flat and we need to mention the manager Lerayne Nisbett who was an outstanding manager.
