Property not maintained/inspected properly

I had just moved in and the heating system is broken. I was neither intimated about it nor checked before by Folio and details of property and utilities were sent one day after our move in date and after raising concern on the maintenance.

Really the worst company in London! Their organization is horrible and their costumer service is even worst!!! They are not efficient at all and not helpful. You need to call them many times because they change their team so quickly and you need to repeat the same things all over and over again. Stay far away from them if you can. Really don’t know how is it possible they have 4.6 out of 5 stars!! All fake reviews probably.

Awful people

Awful people. Evicting me and my elderly sick disabled father, purely because he has become housebound. They are using this as an excuse as we have been tenants for seven years and they can only put our rent up annually with the price of inflation. The way in which they have dealt with this has been a disgrace.

Excellent service

I highly recommended Folio London as our landlord. All issues and concerns has been dealt with and sorted quickly. Excellent communication and we tenants are well informed. Massive THANK YOU to our property manager Aimee Wales who is very efficient and very helpful. Also we appreciated how Aimee calling every tenant how we doing during this pandemic time. Sadly we have to leave Folio as we need bigger property. Overall very good experience!!!

Until I called Folio, I felt that every agent was just not listening to what I was saying, where Regan, was 100% present and listening to every detail that I presented to him. Excellent service!
