GoogleAmazing team and very efficient, as soon as I moved into my property my property manager Sharon Taylor been helping me with all my concerns and repairs - one of the most amazing people I came in contact with. Even when she was on annual leave she stayed in contact to make sure my repairs are completed well. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new flat to get in contact with folio they would never let you down.

Raidah was a great help getting our tenancy sorted and kept us informed. On arrival we were met by a member of the team to have a walk around the flat and note any issues, which are now awaiting repair. The flat was handed over In good condition, very clean with new furniture. Any scuff to walls were noted efficiently

GoogleCharlie and Kornelia are friendly, and I was able to book a viewing on a weekend . The referencing checks are incredibly fast and guided by a chatbot. I got the tenancy contract in 2 working days after that. Highly recommended.

Experience after moving in has been more than horrendous. You will only know if an agency is good once you need them, and unfortunately I’ve been plagued with issues since I’ve moved to one of their properties in Ealing. The property manager Aimee never answers any emails and has never picked up her phone. Never. It’s like she doesn’t exist. I’m only giving 2 starts because the references system when you’re onboarding the company is quite smooth. But they just lure you in and once the contract is signed you’re doomed. I used to live down the road from here for 3 years, another agency, and never had any issues with them. They were always very prompt in solving any of my problems. Folio is the total opposite. Absolute appalling. Aimee, try answering your emails or picking up your phone.

Folio flat is amazing, comfortable and have really good staff like Zac, Clare who are always there to help when needed. However, Cindy Anderson (property manager) is probably the slowest person i have ever met. I have tried to call her at least 50 times, and she only answered once. This means if tomorrow I have an emergency, she would not even be reliable to answer her phone. Disregarding the property manager, I have only good things to say about Folio, and the welcomming team her.

I've been a resident in folio London for nearly two years now, and myself & my partner love it here! Agata, who is my property manager in Chelmsford, has always responded to any issues we have regardless how small at a very quick pace & has always sorted us out ASAP to make sure there is not even a little inconvenience! Once, I bought a new car not realising my car struggled to fit in my current car park spot, and within an hour of contacting Agata she found me a new spot and moved me straight out! I definitely recommend anybody to move here, as they obviously make sure they get the best property managers here, that are always just a message away! I've had lots of issues with landlords in the past, being rude and plain out refusing to sort any issues, but never once had an issue here! We have engineers sent out either within the same day or the next day at the latest, they have handyman's on standby that come ASAP to sort any small issues like something coming off its hatch or anything that you can imagine! Any issues, they will definitely sort it out for you, thank you for being a great property manager Agata! :)

FacebookWe have lived in a Folio property since December and are extremely happy here. Special thanks to Lerayne Nisbett for always being on top of any maintenance required. Before going into lockdown Adam Prince was meant to show us another Folio property and wasn’t able to due to the exiting tenants. We were promised that we would be the first to see the new property. Obviously during these difficult times we couldn’t do a viewing but this was all sorted out by Adam sending us a walk through video. Folio have taken measures to make sure that social distancing is adhered to and have made alternative ways to ensure that there are other ways to getting new keys, etc. We understand that during lockdown it is difficult to get contractors but Lerayne has made sure that the new property has been refurbished to a high standard before we move in and we appreciate all the help and support that she has given us. We are very pleased that Lerayne will still be our point of contact when we move. Thanks you Lerayne & Adam for your help and support in us moving during these extraordinary times.
