We had a very smooth and easy decision to make when we moved to our new flat early this month -- all thanks to Joshua. He was very good at accommodating all our questions and was very organised when it comes to managing our document requirements and whatnot. I normally don't decide for a flat right away without checking the place in person. But due to corona, Joshua was quick to provide us a video of every corner of the flat and also reverted all our questions about the flat, the agreements, etc. so getting this place was really an easy decision for us to make. What a great experience we’ve had! All of the staff know their stuff here and are true professionals and experts in their field. Christian dealt with letting our flat for us. We had spoken with several other local agents, but we felt Christian was really genuine and understood what we were looking for as first time landlords. Within 24 hours of signing our contract with Fletchers we had an offer on our flat, and it wasn’t even on the market yet! It’s a real testament to Christian and Paul and the rest of the team who are really good at their jobs. Communication has been faultless throughout the process. Would 100% recommend Fletchers at Brook Green! Not only as landlords, but as tenants (our tenants are super happy too), and also sales. We were thinking of selling our flat before renting it out, and we were really impressed with Paul from sales too. A true gent and professional who really knew what he was talking about. We had the good fortune to deal with this Estate agent for the last five years and we always had a good, professional and prompt help whenever we needed it. But our experience this year was even more impressive with the difficult time of the lockdown and the state of the economy and the housing market. However, they managed to get us suitable tenants in the first week after re-launching the flat on the market and helped, supported and advised us right through the process which would have been quite stressful otherwise. The guys at Chard were simply brilliant (shout out to Christian and James) The shop closed at 7 the night before our move in date but they stayed there till 9 to make sure the paperwork got sorted and the references came through. They then rang up to confirm all was ok on our move in date and take care of any glitches we came up against during the move. Long story short, we went from viewing a flat to moving into it in the space of 3 days. Puts foxtons/felicity/et all to shame!

This review is predominantly for the interactions I had with Fletchers, Christian Pengelly, to be specific. Christian was quite proactive in his communications, understood my requirements well and gave me options for flats that had most of the boxes ticked for my requirement. One of his colleague even accommodated a viewing when it wasn't scheduled so really appreciate that as we had traveled quite far that day for other viewings with him. Ultimately, we didn’t go ahead with them as I decided to look in a different area but it was great interacting with them and would definitely recommend them.

My flatmate and I had an absolutely delightful experience in employing the services of Fletchers to find our current flat. Anthony was brilliant in finding us flats which were well within our price range, and far superior to any we had viewed before coming to Fletchers, as well as proving eminently professional and extremely knowledgable about the area. The flat we eventually settled on was one not let directly by Fletchers, but rather a management company - nonetheless, Fletchers was a great help in driving the expeditious completion of the necessary documentation and keeping us up to date, with Anthony even checking up on us after the letting process was completed to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
