GoogleI have to say that Fletchers were superb from the moment of instruction until completion. They sold my property and handled my onward purchase so were excellent on both fronts. There would be no question that I would appoint them next time for any property work in W6 or W12. Also important to point out that Penelope, Ema and Chloe combined so well as a team showing how agency should be done!!

GoogleI have been dealing with fletchers for a while in search of a rental property. The agent i have been dealing with is Narmin. Myself and my husband went to view a property and made an offer straight away. I had to keep chasing for a response from the agency as they weren’t reaponding to any emails. I then finally heard back and all details were gone through. Again its was so difficult to get any contact with Narmin and ended up speaking with another person in the office who told me would come back to me but never did. I called again today and was told they tried calling me ( never did ) and that the property was gone. We are so disappointed with Fletchers and being dragged along when we could have been looking elsewhere.

GoogleI throughly recommend Fletchers Brooke Green. I have had the best quality tenants in the 7 years I’ve used them. Josh Winton has been integral to this and has been an amazing agent. Always on hand and very professional and helpful. What I like best about using Josh he will always find solutions.

GoogleJack is extremely rude and unprofessional, called to enquire and was extremely rushing, told me I would receive a call back from Emma, (which I didn't), I had to call back myself. Then saw another property available so called again with Jack answering yet again, and told me Emma would call me back. I expressed my concerns about Emma not calling back earlier and Jack replied with 'well we get 90 calls a day' which I would like someone to investigate as to whether there are 90 inbound calls made in a day, because that would be quite surprising for a small agency. Furthermore, I asked if she could call back soon, and he said she will call back when she's not busy, and I said okay, never mind, thanks, and he ENDED THE CALL - no bye, no nothing...how disrespectful can you be? Avoid this agency at all costs - I can see in previous reviews people have dealt with the same kind of issue.

They were the third agent we’d tried to sell with and were quickly successful in getting us an offer, being very proactive in setting up viewings, but also in giving us feedback and trying to convert viewings to an offer. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout, with a positive, proactive and helpful approach to their clients.

GoogleCan’t fault my estate agents for their tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile. Communication was excellent with regular and thorough updates during the marketing period. Once an offer was made we felt we were in capable hands and on occasions our solicitor even took advice from our agent! Jack was really amazing at keeping the sometimes sluggish ball rolling as we tried to exchange and complete. He got us there in the end and we would definitely recommend the services of the Brook Green team of Fletchers.
