GoogleAlthough Fletchers were not the chosen agent for the sale of my flat - I have been blown away by their support and level of care as and when I has questions and reached out. Selling a flat can be a stressful process and Jack has been super supportive in letting me know that he was there in case anything was needed. GoogleBrilliant service from the easily the best lettings agency my partner and I have used. Emily has been the dream lettings consultant ready to help us with any queries we had. Moving deadlines so that we could submit our offer to the landlord, going above and beyond to help with referencing difficulties and easy to get a hold of whenever we needed some extra information about the flat. Emily always answered our calls with a kind and friendly manner. Genuinely caring and understanding, helping us at every stage of the lettings process which made moving a lot easier. I was under pressure to have the transaction completed as quickly as possible, and Jack is extremely helpful and hands-on to help bridge the gaps in the negotiation between the two parties. He has been my go-to person throughout the experience, as he is not only professional but practical and can get things done. I would highly recommend the Brook Green team.

GoogleI was with another estate agent who were terrible. I kept getting letters every 2 weeks for about 7 months saying that Fletchers could sell my flat. I gave in and gave them a call. The first thing that struck me was how positive everyone was. Jack who runs the office was brilliant and Ema who managed the whole sales process was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them enough especially given that my property was a hard flat to sell. All I can say is a massive thank you to all…Herman included 😊

GoogleWe would like to thank Jack and his team. They were well organised in showing the property to quite a number of potential buyers in a very short time frame. Jack was very proactive and persistent and his confidence in promoting the property was justified. Regretfully, due to economic pressure, we were compelled to accept an offer arranged through another agent. However, I would certainly recommend Fletchers and their sales team.

As a first time buyer the process can feel quite duanting however Herman was fantastic, very knowledgeble and always willing to answer any questions. I couldn’t recommened Herman enough if you are looking to buy a property in the area.

Our agent Gaetano didn't hesitate to answer any questions and concerns, even if that meant picking up the phone several times a day as I wanted to double and triple check things. GoogleOverall I have had a very positive experience with Fletchers. Joshua was brilliant and really helped guide us through the process. The service has been great and we have experienced very quick response times to all our questions. There are however a couple of maintenance issues with the property but the team are working hard to resolve these for us. I would definitely recommend Fletchers, particularly to people who may be unfamiliar with the renting process and would like an extra helping hand guiding them through. GoogleWhat a great experience we’ve had! All of the staff know their stuff here and are true professionals and experts in their field. Christian dealt with letting our flat for us. We had spoken with several other local agents, but we felt Christian was really genuine and understood what we were looking for as first time landlords. Within 24 hours of signing our contract with Fletchers we had an offer on our flat, and it wasn’t even on the market yet! It’s a real testament to Christian and Paul and the rest of the team who are really good at their jobs. Communication has been faultless throughout the process. Would 100% recommend Fletchers at Brook Green! Not only as landlords, but as tenants (our tenants are super happy too), and also sales. We were thinking of selling our flat before renting it out, and we were really impressed with Paul from sales too. A true gent and professional who really knew what he was talking about. GoogleWe had a very smooth and easy decision to make when we moved to our new flat early this month -- all thanks to Joshua. He was very good at accommodating all our questions and was very organised when it comes to managing our document requirements and whatnot. I normally don't decide for a flat right away without checking the place in person. But due to corona, Joshua was quick to provide us a video of every corner of the flat and also reverted all our questions about the flat, the agreements, etc. so getting this place was really an easy decision for us to make. Paul and Christian were very professional throughout and were always available to settle any queries we had, of which there were many. As students, we didn't have much experience letting through agencies beforehand, but they made at as easy as possible for us by always being transparent and taking time to explain what they needed and why.
