GoogleChristian and the team at Fletchers Brook Green were fantastic to deal with. Since I was new to London, Christian went above and beyond to guide me through the ins and outs of renting for the first time in the UK, which made my experience so much easier, from the very first viewing all the way to moving in to the my lovely flat. I can't recommend a better agency to deal with if you are in the market!

GoogleThe agency is very professional and everyone is really nice and helpful .Christian is probably the best letting agent ever ( we have seen quite a lot of agencies before ) . He helped us to find the best flat for us . He took the time to show us many flat , to answer our questions and to give advise . In addition , Christian was really committed to find us a flat , until staying very late at the office trying to find solutions for us . We felt that at fletchers, they really care about customers ( compared to much bigger agencies) . we strongly recommend this agency.

GoogleThis review is predominantly for the interactions I had with Fletchers, Christian Pengelly, to be specific. Christian was quite proactive in his communications, understood my requirements well and gave me options for flats that had most of the boxes ticked for my requirement. One of his colleague even accommodated a viewing when it wasn't scheduled so really appreciate that as we had traveled quite far that day for other viewings with him. Ultimately, we didn’t go ahead with them as I decided to look in a different area but it was great interacting with them and would definitely recommend them.

GoogleThe guys at Chard were simply brilliant (shout out to Christian and James) The shop closed at 7 the night before our move in date but they stayed there till 9 to make sure the paperwork got sorted and the references came through. They then rang up to confirm all was ok on our move in date and take care of any glitches we came up against during the move. Long story short, we went from viewing a flat to moving into it in the space of 3 days. Puts foxtons/felicity/et all to shame!

GoogleWe have used Fletchers to buy and to sell properties in the Hammersmith area. Our experience has consistently been very positive. The team, led by Jack Dan, are professional and client focused. Recently we have sold a house and Herman has supported us throughout. He ensured that we received regular updates and smoothed out any issues which has resulted in the successful exchange of contracts. They know the market, they know how to work with people and we would definitely recommend them. There are many agents in the area but we would always choose Fletchers.

GoogleReally impressed with Jack and Fletchers. We had previously been on the market with another agent in West Ken and felt like we’d been relegated to the bottom of their list. With Jack we always felt like his most important customer. He kept his word and got lots of people in for viewings quickly and we had a good offer within a week. Post offer acceptance, Jack drove the completion process. He always kept us up to date and was always available (or quickly returned messages). Our sale wasn’t the most straight forward and I genuinely believe without Jack’s tenacity it could have fallen through. Thank you!
