GoogleI had a really good experience with Fletchers estate. Hayley Forrest our estate agent was amazing, always polite, avialable at any time we needed clarification regarding properties. Me and my wife described her the kind of property we were looking for and she found the perfect one for us. We had no stress looking for long period for properties, and we moved straight away to the flat Hayley showed us. Really happy to be here now!

The Director Natalie explained the whole process to me and never left me wondering what to expect next. It was a smooth transaction and my tenants have been great. GoogleHorrendous experience. Contemptuous treatment from Courtney P. and Beth J. Misrepresented a key aspect of the rental and only made me aware of it 2 weeks before move in. Acted only in defence of the landlord and left me with no choice but to accept the contract without changes or reductions. Use Fletchers if you like having ‘gun to the forehead’ dealings. Never again. Zero stars if I could.

GoogleYasmin did an excellent job in showing us a number of suitable properties from which we were able to choose one on our first day of looking in the area! Yasmin followed through well so that we were able to sign the lease only a couple of days later. Subsequently Yasmin helped us with the utilities and any and everything else we asked for. Their staff intended to enter our home without our permission and with less than 24 hours’ notice, which they attributed to a miscommunication with the landlord. I lodged a complaint by email, which led to: 1. A half-hearted almost apology from Fletchers (+1 star) 2. Fletchers adding me to their mailing list so I could receive poorly targeted emails (-1 star)
